    Great, glad that helped out.

Yep going forward it is going to be all Event Tickets Plus so you have that setup and you are good to go there.

Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Glad it is working after going back in to reedit the events using the Edit Upcoming option.

It should not come back, we are working to confirm this is fixed or fix it and creates tests to confirm that in our coding.

I added you to our bug report and we will update this ticket once that is included.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

We have a ticket to look at this again, but it was suppose to be fixed in 4.0

I tested with the latest version and I was not able to replicate the bug.

Do you know when you created the events?

Can you provide the date, times, and recurrence details of the event that is causing the issue.

Let me know and we can go from there to resolve this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Looking at the site I see a javascript error that might be causing this.

Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.

    Thanks

Ok so I embeded the an Eventbrite Iframe on my test site and it worked for me.

I am still seeing that error mentioned above. I do not see that error on the posts page.

So maybe that is the cause of this.

Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

And see if that can narrow down where is coming from on your site.

    Thanks

We are hoping to release 4.1 before the end of the month, but that is always open to change.

We are in QA for the release so it is only major bugs that would hold it up at this point.

So happy to read that! So I could split the egs 100 tickets between 3 ages classes, right?

Yes you could have 100 tickets and sell any combination of the 3 age classes to reach 100 sold total.

Also, would it be possible to see the remaining tickets by each classes in this feature? Like George talked about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-tickets-pricing-area-with-inventory-amounts/

I do not believe this is part of the feature in 4.1

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I tested this out on my test site and the infomation exported correctly for me.

I got all these fields with the latest version:

    Order
    Name
    Email
    Ticket Type
    Ticket Number
    Security Code
    Check in

It did not include Order Status.

I noticed in your product list you have this:

The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets, Events tickets plus.

You should either have The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets active

    or you should have

Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus active.

You should not have both active.

Also, do you have any custom coding that would change the Attendees list?

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

    Hi Rob,

We do not have anything that matches what you are looking for.

How does person purchase the tickets?

Do they do it only and then come to you?

Are they just not getting the tickets and you would like to provide new ones to them?

Could you describe the steps a person does to need a will call ticket and I can see if I have any suggestions on how to help with our existing features.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

What you are describing we call Global Stock and it is going to be a feature in 4.1, which we are working on and hope to release by the end of the month.

It will enable you to set a stock of 30 for an event and then you could sell different ticket types like adult and child and only 30 total tickets would be sold with any combination of the two types or more if you set it up that way.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Also, we currently have no csv image import feature, but it will be included in our 4.1 release, which we hope to get out before the end of the month.

We also have no default feature image option, but there maybe a plugin on WordPress.org that can do that for custom post types. Ours is tribe_events.

    Thanks again!
