    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

    We do not have a list of known conflicts for the plugin and no information about WP-Directory.

    We can try to help resolve the conflict, but not in the Pre-Sales Forum.

    Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    The Events Calendar

    Also, two resources to look at can be our testing for conflicts guide:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    And you might try this plugin to disable another plugin on the event pages to see if that helps:

    Try using the Plugin Logic to disable other plugins on the event views and single templates:

    Plugin Logic

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    We have a feature called Global Stock coming out in 4.1 that does one stock for the tickets per event. So that should enable you to sell 100 tickets total split between 2 or more tickets.

    We are working on the final testing for 4.1 and hope to release before the end of the month.

    This feature will work with Event Tickets Plus and only with WooCommerce Tickets and RSVP Tickets. As a WooCommerce tickets holder we have generated a Event Tickets Plus license for you already.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but I am limited in supporting customizations.

    Per our terms and conditions we support features of the plugins and although we try to help get you started on customizations for the most part you are going to have to take it on to complete.

    I do not have any resources on how to add a filter.

    However, they maybe a way to do this without coding.

    With 4.0 you can create an Additional Field in Pro for Country and then add that to the filter bar to sort.

    You can read about that here:

    Configuring Filter Bar

    Do you think you could get that to work?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Can you share the link for the iCal feed so I can check it out and see what is going on? You can add it as a private reply.

    Let me know and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but I am limited in supporting customizations.

    You could try modifying the ticket form in your theme following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    This is where you can find the ticket form:

    plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php

    or here:

    plugins/wootickets/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php

    And you want to move it here:

    yourtheme/tribe-events/wootickets/tickets.php

    There you would have to figure out how to display the price the way you would like.

    Cheers

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    Unfortunately, not sure what you read, but the Facebook Events Importer has not Attendees features.

    All the Attendees Features are part of the Event Tickets and Event Ticket Plus plugins.

    You can find out more about them including the checkin system here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/

    And here:

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    I am not seeing any other reports of this.

    How did you transfer the site to the other server?

    Did you change the url in the database?

    Did you try deactivating and then reactivating the plugin to see if it resets itself to work?

    It will not change or delete settings or events, but it might help if the domain has changed.

    Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    It looks like you are using an older version of WooCommerce Tickets.

    You need to manually update it to the latest version available from your account here and following these steps:

    Manual Updates

    The latest for WooCommerce Tickets is 3.12.1

    Let me know if you can get that to work.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    Unfortunately, that is not a feature we have and we are limited in supporting customizations.

    If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    http://tribe.uservoice.com/

    You could try following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

    To remove the address from the single and event views and that way you could include it, but people would only see the venue on the ticket.

    We are not able to help with an entire step by step of that process, but can try to answer some questions.

    Cheers

    I am glad to see you were able to figure it out.

    I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    Right now the recurring tickets only creates one ticket for all the events in the series.

    So if you have 10 events it uses the one ticket you create across all the events. That is what that messag emeans.

    We are working on a feature to create a ticket for each individual event, but that is not going to be included in our next release which is 4.1

    We do not support variable products with tickets, but we are adding Global Stock in 4.1 so you could have a member and non member ticket and combined they would have 20 tickets available. That will follow the recurring event tickets now of one global stock for the series.

    The only way to get individual stock per event now is to create the series and then edit each event to add tickets.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Go to Event > Settings > General Tab > “Show The Events Calendar link”

    And uncheck that option.

    Then it will be removed.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    The License is tied to one installation of WordPress so you can only use it on one site.

    However, the plugin does not require the license to work. So you can do the redesign on the dev site without the license and if you need a newer version of the plugin on the dev site you can just download it from your account and manually update.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the super late reply. I thought it sent the message last week and it looks like it did not.

    Do you have a plugin such as WPML active? The Event Tickets Plus tickets are not compatible with it and there is no work around for that.

    That might be the reason they are not showing.

    Hi,

    This should still work in Event Tickets Plus.

    /*
    * The Events Calendar WooCommerce Tickets - Hide You'll receive your tickets in another email.
    * @ Version 3.10
    */
    add_filter('wootickets_email_message', 'woo_tickets_filter_completed_order', 10 );
    function woo_tickets_filter_completed_order($text) {
    $text = "";
    return $text;
    }

    Does it not work for you?

    That filter did not change when moved to Event Tickets Plus.

    Let me know.

    Thanks
