Just bought ticket plus but cant sell tickets

Hi I have looked inside the forum and still cant find why the ticket plus event I just bought does not show me the new options you show in your images or tickets to sell online for me to sell my event. Can you help me ?

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Can you confirm you created the tickets in an Event itself and let me know all the settings for the ticket from this image:

Sorry I sent the info by email and when i did not get a response came back here to see it was not here

Even thought I save the event it still does not appear and I had to recreate it to show you here. If I do rsvp then everything works for some reason.

Hi,

Sorry for the super late reply. I thought it sent the message last week and it looks like it did not.

Do you have a plugin such as WPML active? The Event Tickets Plus tickets are not compatible with it and there is no work around for that.

That might be the reason they are not showing.
