ParticipantI am attempting to download an event attendee list for an event today (as I have always done over the past year for The events Calendar). As of today, the attendee name and email are not downloading to the CSV attendee list. What happened???
Do I really need to copy and paste over 100 attendees with an event starting in s a few hours?
Can someone PLEASE let us know what is going on. I have not changed any of my settings, any input or support would GREATLY be appreciated. The only data that is being downloaded to the attendee list is order number, order status, ticket type, Ticket # Security Code Check in. I have tried this on IE, Firefox and Chrome. All results are the same..
I am running: The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar PRO, The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets.
Please advise and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Fix!
Thanks much!March 10, 2016 at 1:26 pm #1087414Sonya

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I tested this out on my test site and the infomation exported correctly for me.
I got all these fields with the latest version:
Order
Name
Email
Ticket Type
Ticket Number
Security Code
Check inIt did not include Order Status.
I noticed in your product list you have this:
The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets, Events tickets plus.
You should either have The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets active
or you should have
Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus active.
You should not have both active.
Also, do you have any custom coding that would change the Attendees list?
Let me know.
Thanks

ParticipantI did not know that I needed to disable the Woocommerce tickets – OK, I activated the pluggin and it appears that everything is working better now. That appeared to be the culprit and the report is running properly now.
I appreciate your assistance. THANK YOU.

MemberGreat, glad that helped out.
Yep going forward it is going to be all Event Tickets Plus so you have that setup and you are good to go there.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
