We are experiencing problems with the Eventbrite ticket form widget when we embed it on an event page within our website (we’re not using the API), but only when viewed on an iPad. The dropdown menu for selecting the number of tickets doesn’t work so you can’t make a booking. Is there a possibility it might be a clash in the styles/codes.
Have you come across this problem before?
Thanks,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Do you have a link you can provide in a private reply where this is happening?
I can take a look as I am not sure what the issue is and not run into this in recent memory.
Sorry for the late reply as well we were short handed, but all back now.
Thanks

Here’s a link to a page with an embedded eventbrite form on it
It’s the dropdown menus where you select how many tickets you need that doesn’t work on an ipad. It works on everything else as far as I know.

March 9, 2016 at 1:04 pm #1086842BrianKeymasterI visited your site on an iPad and see what you mean.
If you embed the iframe in a post and test on an iPad does it work then?
I also see this error on your site and that might be causing the issues in mobile:
SyntaxError: missing ; before statement
…jquery.min.js’ <http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4
Line 710That might be coming from your subscribe form not sure if that is loading jQuery too.

I’ve embedded the iframe in a standard post and that does work on the ipad. See http://zenways.org/test-post/

March 11, 2016 at 6:53 am #1087702BrianKeymasterOk so I embeded the an Eventbrite Iframe on my test site and it worked for me.
I am still seeing that error mentioned above. I do not see that error on the posts page.
So maybe that is the cause of this.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
And see if that can narrow down where is coming from on your site.
Thanks
