MemberCurrently we offer 30% off the regular price for renewal for all the licenses. That could change though.
You can upgrade directly from your account from one license to a higher license and the amount you paid for the personal license will be subtracted from the total for either the Business or Developer License.
Does that help?
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.

MemberThe login form is not generated in the view files so if you edit it your are editing core files and have to make those changes every time.
You can put it on this template at the top: edit-event.php
Then you could wrap it with a check for the person being logged in to show the message only for people that see the login form.

MemberHi thanks for using Eventbrite Plugin.
There is a way to increase the height of the iframe.
We have a guide here in our knowledge base:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-height-of-the-eventbrite-tickets-iframe/
That guide sets it to 300px, but you can change it to the size you require.
This will set the height for all of the Eventbrite Ticket iframes.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberGreat glad it is working.
Not sure how to limit the number of tickets offer per order.
I saw this plugin that might work, but it does cost money and cannot guarantee it will work with tickets:
https://easydigitaldownloads.com/extensions/purchase-limit/
That was all I could find on that unfortunately.
You could maybe modify the ticket form yourself to only allow one ticket in the form.
If you follow our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
You could moved and edit this file in your theme:
eddtickets\views\eddtickets\tickets.php
Then adding max=”1″ to the input around line 42 might work.
This is untested so you would have to take it from here to get it working exactly as you like.
Thanks

MemberOk the admin area is easier, but does involve some customization.
You can try Advanced Custom Fields as added it to the Events Custom Post Type.
Then using ACF’s coding you code add it to the single event templates using our themer’s guide:

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I visited your site and see what you mean.
I do see this error in the console on the cart page and they maybe causing it:
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://bjg.mkwy.co/cart/”
I have seen this caused by many different issues, from low php memory to servers blocking ajax, or POST
If you create a sample product that is not a ticket are you able to add it to the cart?
Also, when you go to your sites Admin and then to WooCommerce > System Status
Is there anything in the report that is red?
Let me know and we can go from there, but we are limited in supporting this if it is a WooCommerce issue and not directly related to our tickets.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar Pro.
That feature for a custom recurrence as you describe has not been added to our plugins. It is something we are looking to add and on our roadmap, but I do not have a timeline for its release and cannot comment when it might come out.
It is a feature I would like to see us offer as well, but for now that is not a feature.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in Community Events and for using our plugins.
What you describe about offering time slots and having people choose them is not a feature of any of our plugins. It could be possible with customization, but that is not something we can help with for the most part.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThanks for the interest in Community Events.
We do not have a feature to attached other types of attachments. It could be something that is customized, but we are unable to help with that for the most part.
I do not think there is an existing plugin that adds this to the Community Events Front End Form.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I visited your site and see what you mean in the checkout.
I see this error in the console:
“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://www.healthbloggerscommunity.com/checkout/undefined”
It looks like it could be a conflict or something got changed in the WooCommerce settings.
I found this article that might help out:
https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues/321
We are limited in support this part of WooCommerce as we do not change or modify the Checkout, but we have our 404 Error Guide and Testing for Conflicts Guide that may help narrow down the cause of this issue for you:
Let me know what you find out and I can try to help out some more.
Thanks
