Payment Methods disappers

The woo commerce tickets plugin has been working great on http://www.healthbloggerscommunity.com but recently the payment options have disappeared.

So if I purchase a ticket and got to the shopping cart,I can complete my purchase details and normally the payment options appear below. There is loading icon and i can see the payment options. Then they vanish.

Has anybody had this problem before? I am really struggling as I did find the problem in other forums, but nobody gave an explanation for it!

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I visited your site and see what you mean in the checkout.

I see this error in the console:

“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://www.healthbloggerscommunity.com/checkout/undefined”

It looks like it could be a conflict or something got changed in the WooCommerce settings.

We are limited in support this part of WooCommerce as we do not change or modify the Checkout, but we have our 404 Error Guide and Testing for Conflicts Guide that may help narrow down the cause of this issue for you:
