MemberOk that file is the first one trying to be loaded so something on your server does not like the function we are using.
However, I have not seen other reports of this so it is unclear of the cause.
Are you using a Windows Server?
What version of PHP is your server using?
Did this just start or did the plugin work before?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberIn 3.12 you use the name of the Pro additional field as the column header and put the data in the field then. It works with dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons too, but your value in the csv file must match the values in the additional field exactly.
Brian
MemberI am glad you found a workaround for now.
We have revamped the entire recurring event process in 3.12 so it should be resolved then.
I am going to close this ticket, but if it turns out in 3.12 the issue is not fixed please let us know in a new ticket so we can resolve.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the information.
Sorry for the delay on this, I looked and could not find any other reports of this issue so I am not sure what is causing the issue on your site.
It appears everything is in place to work, but something is causing a conflict.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Also, we will have a release candidate for the next version in a couple days. That is a stable build of the plugin and overhauls the Recurring Feature and that could resolve the issue for you. So that might be something to try to fix this.
Let me know what you find out from the conflict testing.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
For Custom Queries you can use our tribe_get_events or use a regular WordPress Query.
Either way to query by our custom event taxonomy add this to the query:
'tribe_events_cat' => 'just-announced',I think it takes the Event Category Slug, but the name might work as well if that does not.
Cheers

MemberHi,
This has not been released yet. We delayed it to fix some issues found in our QA Process.
It looks like we will have a Release Candidate version in the next day or two that will resolve that issue.
That candidate is stable, but could have other bugs in it we are not aware of as that is what we use to finish our testing.
That will be available in your account on our site in the Download Section.

MemberHi Cat,
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Additional Fields
If you go to Events > Settings > Additional Fields you should be able to change and resave the field label there.
Does that work for you?
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the information. It looks like this is a new issue not reported before. So although we did make changes this is was never reported nor resolved.
It is unclear why their coding is not reading old events, we do not unpublished them so I am not sure what the issue is.
Have you tried asking them? It is their coding not reading our events so they might have a better idea and if it turns out we need to make a change on our end we would be open to do that. Or at least inform us where the coding is in their plugin and we can take a look that way.
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat glad it helps.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

MemberHi,
I found this coding that could be used to add featured images:
and this:
http://www.codefervor.com/add-featured-image-to-post-directly-through-database-wordpress-phpmyadmin/
The event custom post type is tribe_events
This plugin might help too:
Quick Featured Images
There is other ways to do that, but that was all I could find right now.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I just tested on a development version and I imported all the events without additional fields.
I then came in and re-imported with the additional fields and it imported them to the existing events.
So you should be good to go here to import right away and come back with the additional fields.
Cheers
Brian
MemberOk thanks for the info.
Is it possible on the staging site you could set all the events to drafts and then create two events with different tickets and see if that changes the filter.
If it does that mean it could be an event causing this if not it narrows it down to the filterbar.
Sorry for the delay on this, but so far you are the only one reporting this issue.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Did you delete and reload a new copy of the Events Calendar plugin and try again?
Brian
MemberHi,
You do not need Pro for WooCommerce Tickets to work.
WooCommerce Tickets only needs the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
You would only need Pro if you want the Pro Features. However, recurring events with tickets are not currently supported.
Thanks
