MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.
Can you verify you are using the latest version of The Events Calendar and Facebook Events.
Also, it looks like it may have been missing files so can you get a new copy of each and load it on the site and see if that fixes the issue.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Brian,
The Facebook Event is installed properly. But the event calendar says latest version installed but it continues to say the following.

MemberHi,
Did you delete and reload a new copy of the Events Calendar plugin and try again?
September 1, 2015 at 3:48 pm #1001048ALAN
ParticipantYes, I did that several times. Deleted the Event calendar and the facebook version.

MemberOk that file is the first one trying to be loaded so something on your server does not like the function we are using.
However, I have not seen other reports of this so it is unclear of the cause.
Are you using a Windows Server?
What version of PHP is your server using?
Did this just start or did the plugin work before?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberPHP is the coding language that WordPress and your site is running on.
Should I give you access to my wordpres account?
I appreciate the offer!
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
You are getting close though. I would try a manual update of the Events Calendar if the automatic updates is not working.
Download the zip file from WordPress.org and then update it using this process:

MemberHi,
Since you are getting these errors: “Could not copy file.”
Its a permissions problem. You either have to change the permissions on your wp-content folder or upload via FTP.
If you are unsure how to do that you host could help out.
Thanks
