Hey all,
The filter bar on our site is showing a cost slider of $0-0. This kind of appeared out of nowhere, so we updated to see if that fixed the issue and it didn’t.
We’re running the latest of all plugins and I’ve switched to default (2015) theme and issue is still present.
I looked around the forum but didn’t see anyone else having this issue, any thoughts? What else can I provide for you to look at this?
August 27, 2015 at 1:08 pm #999701BrianKeymasterHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I visited your site and see what you mean.
I looked at the next 10 events and did not see the cost field for any of those.
In the admin for a future event are you seeing the cost field and is something field in there?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks.

August 28, 2015 at 7:59 am #999909BrianKeymasterHi,
Thanks for the information.
I did not see WooCommerce in this account so I did not realize it was on the site.
Do you have another account with a WooCommerce license?
Either way I was not able to replicate the issue on my site.
Do you have any snippets or any other custom coding in the events calendar?
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Let me know.
Thanks

Thanks for the info.
I appreciate the offer for the admin access.
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
On the staging site if you disable WooCommerce Tickets and then add costs to some of the events does it fix the filter bar cost then?
What if you change the Cost Field Filter Bar Setting (Events > Settings > Filterbar > Cost) to Checkboxes instead of a range does that change anything?
Let me know.
Thanks
August 31, 2015 at 11:17 am #1000568yvesrnParticipantHey Brian,
I understand.
Switching to checkboxes just shows 0/Free as an option.
I disabled WooTickets and nothing changes. The meta is still in that field by default while running WooTickets:

September 1, 2015 at 8:47 am #1000920BrianKeymasterOk thanks for the info.
Is it possible on the staging site you could set all the events to drafts and then create two events with different tickets and see if that changes the filter.
If it does that mean it could be an event causing this if not it narrows it down to the filterbar.
Sorry for the delay on this, but so far you are the only one reporting this issue.
Thanks
