    Hi,

    Thanks for the link.

I imported a couple events and it worked for me.

I did a one time import on these events: (from the ics link you sent)

    http://calendar.tisrael.org/MasterCalendar/EventDetails.aspx?data=hHr80o3M7J4fjRWj%2byIVGPJDdRasSdhDkFKnJ12TwGGGkpmRFruJu2CKtbF9YG7j

    Each one was correct.

Could you provide a couple events that did not have the correct time? Or was it all events for you?

Can you let me know your recurring settings in iCal Importer that you were using so I can see if I can replicate.

    WordPress Timezone
What is your WordPress Settings here:

    Admin > Settings > Gerenal > Timezone

Next to the timezone it displays Local and UTC time, please provide that as well. It should be something like this:

UTC time is 2015-09-11 16:26:23 Local time is 2015-09-11 12:26:23

    Timezone Settings
What are your two settings here:

Events > Settings > General Tab > Timezone Settings

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry again for the issues.

There is a bug in the system causing this.

There are two temporary fixes until we can get a release to fix this.

If you uncheck this setting here:

Events > Settings > General Tab > “Recurring event instances”

It will resolve the issue and show events on the home page.

The other option is to disable Events from showing in the main loop:

Events > Settings > General Tab > “Include events in main blog loop”

We have created a ticket to address this in a Maintenance Release and will update you here once that is available.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues and we will try to help you support the features as they exist, but please do not create duplicate posts. I am closing this thread and please use this one to respond:

Using Avada Theme and Revolution Slider

Also, our plugin is designed to build the Event Section using the /events/ slug which can be changed in the Events Settings. This creates an archive according to WordPress to display our events it is not considered a page by WordPress.

We do not create pages for the event views nor do we have shortcodes for the main views.

If that is a deal breaker we hate to see you go, but you can request a refund following our policy outlined here:

    Refund Policy

And we can take care of it. Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

This looks like a theme conflict.

There are general instructions, but using the Number of Post displayed on Archive pages causes this.

    It could be located here:

Head to Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages

Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.

    That should fix the issue.

Let me know how that works out.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

That is an interesting feature, however, it is not something our plugins support. It might be added as a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.

If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help you get started on a customization, but I am limited in what I can provide.

Barry’s came up with this outline on how to add to the Attendees Columns:

WooTickets Add Columns to Attendees List

Also, this thread has some useful information:

Add new field to Attendees Table

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

We have a list of the arguments here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

This is what you are referencing, correct?

The List Widget Does not have a range of events it displays the next upcoming events just like the widget does.

You could give the events in a time period a unique category and then use the shortcode with that category to show just those events.

There is options to show or hide information using the following:

    venue
    country
    address
    city
    region
    zip
    phone
    cost
    organizer

You can add them to the shortcode and use true or false to display or hide them.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Do you have a link to the iCal Feed or the file you can provide in a private reply so I can see if I can reproduce.

    Hi Again,

That is not a problem to test all the features on one domain and then move it to another.

We have this guide to doing just that:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-for-your-live-and-dev-sites/

Also, the license key is not needed for the plugin to work, only for automatic updates so you do not need to even add it on the test site.

And finally you can always download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and follow these steps for manual updates:

    Manual Updates

    Cheers

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues on this.

I can help resolve this. The function giving the fatal error, tribe_events_single_event_meta() was deprecated 14 months ago in 3.6 and removed in 3.11.

To fix this you need to update your custom template single-events.php in your theme.

    You want to replace:

    echo tribe_events_single_event_meta();

    with this function:

    tribe_get_template_part( 'modules/meta' );

Let me know if that resolves the issue for you.

    Thanks
