The mini calendar only shows events for the month it is on.
We have the event list widget that shows the next 1 to 10 events regardless of the date.
For the mini calendar widget we do have this guide to have it fast forward to the next month with events so if have no more in January it would start showing February.

I tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but it worked correctly.
Do you have any default content set for venues here:
Events > Settings > Default Content > Address

We do not have a direct feature to create a feed as you ask.
There is this snippet that might help:

Add that to your child theme’s (or parent) functions.php to use it.
Then following the trigger export link on your site to work.
You could then put that link on your site for people to use.

I believe I have found the issue for the duplicating events and during my tests today I created a patch that worked for me in stopping the duplication of events.
The events that were duplicating were either past events from one day back or events that ended earlier in the current day. If you are having events duplicate beyond this time frame please let us know as that would be a different bug then this one.
To patch the issue please replace this file:
plugins/the-events-calendar-facebook-importer/src/Tribe/Importer.php
With the contents of this file:

I would recommend setting your import status to pending for Facebook just in case the patch does not work.
Please clear out any existing duplicates after adding the patch to prevent false positives.

There is a bug/missing feature in the system that allows multiple check ins on the QR code.
I came up with this as a workaround:
Replace the contents of this file:
plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/QR.php
With this:

The limitations I see is if you have some kind of server php caching it might continue to register as not checked in for 30 seconds or so for a person.
I found in my Scan app it works every time and if two different people checkin it should always work for them.

As for the timezone dropdown we use the list that WordPress generates itself so we do not have control over what is included in there.
