    This is probably a hapless effort but I will post what I sent to the only contact thread available.

    This product has immediately failed to meet our expectations. We are unable to upload our Google Calendar iCal url without receiving an error message. When we create another Google Calendar to test that one’s iCal url, it uploads the new events…but in duplicate.

    We have had the product less than 2 hours and have spent the majority of that time searching your forum (and any other that looked hopeful) for answers, but to no avail.

    We would like a refund. This has been a total waste of time and a great disappointment because we would have loved for this plugin to work on our site.
