Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Our licenses work for an installation of WordPress so if you have two installs of WordPress you would need two license for automatic updates.
If you want to do manual updates on one you could keep the one license since they are similar sites.

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
The Filter Bar is a separate add on, but does not require Pro to work.
It only needs the free version of the Events Calendar to work.
That is the same for all our add on, we currently do not have bundled pricing.

We do not have a work around for this.
Our developers are looking into fixing it, but not able to get it working reliably still and I do not have a timeline for when it might be fixed.

MemberGreat, glad it is working.
We are limited in supporting theme compatibility issues. So not sure how much we can help with the styling as Avada adds custom styling to everything.
They might be able to help better then us to transfer their styling to the RSVP form.
AS for what to edit. I would not edit any file to change the look, but instead add custom css to change it.

Ok glad we narrowed down the source of this. It does look to be a recent bug as you found out.
I have created a bug ticket for us to address this.
I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.

It is depends on your server how many events can show at a time. So it is hard to say. Caching will help show more.
