MemberUnfortunately we haven’t yet been able to progress this issue, but we wanted to let you know it is still on our radar and we will aim to review it again in the near future.

MemberWe noticed this conversation hasn’t seen much activity over recent months 🙂
With numerous plugin updates having been released since it was created, we’d be interested to know if this problem is still an issue for you. If it is, don’t hesitate to let us know so we can review the situation.

MemberI do apologize for the delayed response, everyone.
Aaron: thanks for the note. Please do feel free to follow this conversation, but if you need assistance that is specific to your own site it would be best to create a new topic for that 🙂
@callahanmarketing: it certainly seems like a strange problem. How many events approximately are impacted? Is manually deleting the superfluous/blank venues an option?I’m assuming the problem isn’t impacting any newly created events, but if that’s incorrect let me know so we can try to figure out what is triggering the issue in the first place.

MemberJust following up here, @dreamaster.
You’re correct about there being issues with Facebook and we’re still unsure what will happen in relation to support for that platform, but you should be able to import from other sources (such as iCal and Meetup) if you have added a valid Event Aggregator license key.
If that’s not the case, please let us know and we’ll be delighted to help further 🙂
(Apologies also for the rather long delay on this one.)

MemberHi Craig,
Facebook have opened up the application process through which service providers like ourselves can seek approval to continue to work with their platform.
Of course, we’ve taken advantage of that but we’re also going to have to wait out on approval and there is currently no indication as to when that will come through (it is in fact possible we will not receive approval, though we remain hopeful).
As soon as we having something solid to share we’ll be sure to update this resource, which Jennifer already linked to.
I apologize for the further delay in responding to you and let me know if you have any more questions at this time.

MemberHi Elena,
Thanks for reaching out!
We only offer downloads, we do not physically ship software. Prices vary according to the the number of sites you plan to use our products on.
If in your case that is 10 sites, you would require an Agency License which currently costs $299. You can purchase directly on our site by PayPal or credit card:

Please don’t hesitate to let me know if we can help with anything else 🙂

MemberHi @oldworld – thanks for reaching out.
Please note that we try hard to stick to one question or problem per support topic (doing so just helps to avoid confusion and ensure fair service for all of our customers) 🙂
At any rate, let’s start with your question about a post date column. To do this, you could apply a short snippet like this one:
https://gist.github.com/barryhughes/38d7131462bd3912e571d5e6f3b5762e
This could be added either to a custom plugin (preferred) or else to your theme’s functions.php file. Does that help with the first part of your question?
Barry
