I updated WordPress in the kettle site to see if that helped but same
issues. Also tried manually importing a single event from FB and that failed.
Can I suggest revoking current license key and trying a new one? Since it’s
happened across two sites, pulling from different sources, it’s the only
common thread?Just a thought. You’re the experts!
Thanks againApril 24, 2018 at 10:20 am #1515054VictorKeymasterHi Tony!
We’ve just released a fix on our Event Aggregator server to address this issue, so things should be back to normal.
There is no need to update anything on your end, but do make sure you are using the latest version of The Events Calendar.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we worked on this.
Please try your imports again and let us know if they work on your end.
Thanks,

May 8, 2018 at 8:00 am #1525252tonychiottiParticipantThanks for the reply Barry. So what can we do? We paid for precisely this
functionality. Without this, the aggregator tool is of no use to us. Can
you please have someone from customer service or sales contact me directly
to sort out a solution? We could do a refund or potentially find another
product that gives us some other functionality but just saying it doesn’t
work now won’t really fly. Appreciated FB goes everybody but we’ll need to
figure something out? Thanks again. Hope to resolve this. Please contact me at the email
associated with this account.Thank you

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
