Hello
we have two sites , one pulling hourly imports from FB, one pulling daily imports from FB only. But we reached our max today somehow.I am concerened there is an issue, or someone has grabbed our license code.
What should we do? Can you give us more info on the pattern of pulls that led to this? Can you reset this for the day and give us new license key to install?
Please advise how to fix this as our site is currently non-functional because of this issue.
Thank you
Tony

Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well.
I can see you’re license is only linked to the two sites you listed below your name. So, there’s no reason to be concerned about that. The license is only running on those two sites and it hasn’t been grabbed by somebody else.
With regards to the limits, how many imports do they sum between the hourly imports and the daily ones?
Cheers,
Juan.
April 18, 2018 at 6:14 am #1510101tonychiottiParticipantWell, should never be more than 48. But I looked into it and one site is
daily, one hourly, so should be 25 per day. Well short. So something was
wrong there. Can you see the activity? Was there a spike or something?
Thank youApril 18, 2018 at 1:51 pm #1510639juanfraKeymasterHello Tony,
Thank you for the follow-up. I’m sorry to hear that.
Just as a head’s up, I wanted to share with you an article we have explaining how the event aggregator import limits work.
Having shared this, I wanted to ask you if you could please send me a screenshot of your scheduled imports?
Thank you,
Juan.
April 20, 2018 at 1:52 am #1511885tonychiottiParticipantThis error is still happening and I can’t determine why. We should be
utilizing no more than 25 imports per day of our allotted 100, yet our
imports are showing as failed. I am not seeing much info in the import
history to help me sorry or what is happening. Is there an issue that’s not resetting the count daily? How can I go about
contacting support or sales to resolve this? Our calendar is not working
and need help to figure this out.Thank you
April 20, 2018 at 3:23 am #1511946tonychiottiParticipantI can now see the issue is that the plug-in is pulling much more frequently
than hourly.I deleted the scheduled import and recreated from new. Somehow doing that
created one successfully import, one green tick after several dozen red
error messages. I then watched as new failures occurred every ten minutes,
roughly. This, even though I verify seeing to be hourly imports and that
there is only one scheduled task. Can you please advise?
Thank you!April 20, 2018 at 7:41 am #1512148juanfraKeymasterHi Tony,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Would you please share a screenshot of your Scheduled import screen? (You can get there by going to Events > Import > Scheduled Imports)
And then another one of you imports History? (You can get there by going to Events > Import > History)
Or perhaps, you can send me a DB dump so I can try to recreate your site configuration and check it on my local install?
Thank you very much,
Juan.

Even if this was just pulling too frequently, it should still let most imports succeed, and only trip the max number toward the end of the day. As it is, we haven’t had a single, successful import in several days.

This is the error returned.
April 20, 2018 at 1:14 pm #1512636juanfraKeymasterHi Tony,
Thank you for the detailed follow-up and all the screenshots. You can use the duplicator plugin to send me a copy of your site.
So, now that you’ve configured back your imports to be every 30 minutes they started working again, right? Did you see any unexpected behavior since you made these last modifications to the configuration? The original error could be potentially related to the significant changes Facebook announced regarding their APIs.
Thank you,
Juan.
