only csv option appearing – license updated / renewed

    I recently renewed my calendar events pro subscription. When I go to import events, I am only seeing the option to import from a csv file. My license shows current and valid . I was using Facebook events importer previously, but have disabled that and deleted it from my installation.

    Please provide a link or information on how I might fix this…

    It appears based on the article below that importing events from Facebook is currently broken. However only CSV is displayed as available for my site still so this isn’t solved.

    I am still looking for a solution to import from other sources while we wait to see if Facebook updates its API.

    It appears plugin has updated itself and needed to be re-connected to Facebook. Hopefully Facebook modifies their event policy back to where we can import individual events at some point.

    Just following up here, @dreamaster.

    You’re correct about there being issues with Facebook and we’re still unsure what will happen in relation to support for that platform, but you should be able to import from other sources (such as iCal and Meetup) if you have added a valid Event Aggregator license key.

    If that’s not the case, please let us know and we’ll be delighted to help further 🙂
