KeymasterHi Tim,
Thanks for reaching out and reporting that.
So far I haven’t been able to replicate that message.
What version of the plugins are you using? Could you share your system information with us?
Are the plugins network activated, or separately on the site?
What action are you taking when that message appears?
Please share with us any more detail you might find important as that will help us track down the issue.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi again,
Thanks for getting back to me with all the details above. Much appreciated! That gives a clearer picture of what is happening here.
I will check what we can do about this or if we can suggest a workaround. Will get back to you soon.

KeymasterHi,
Yes, I can increase the number and I can even put it to the cart.
Did you add the
step="1"into the code? I guess you did, just to make sure.
There might be some other setting or maybe a snippet at play here.
What version of Enfold do you have? I’m testing with 4.2.4 without a child theme.

KeymasterHi robinsoncenter,
Thanks for your question!
Wouldn’t this limit the number that a user could purchase?
Yes, that limits the number of tickets you can put in your cart. However that only limits the number of tickets per order. You can later go back and purchase more with the same user.
However, on the front end it does seem a user can enter as many as they want.
This seems to be a glitch. Although you can increase the counter higher, at the end only the max allowed number will be added to your cart.
We have a workaround for this one until it gets fixed. Make a template override of the tickets.php template and use the following code in it:
https://gist.github.com/vicskf/ca4e2a7739315b2810ea4c24420f56fc
I hope this clarifies and helps.

KeymasterYup, I agree, that would be great! If you would like to see that as a feature then I recommend you to visit our uservoice page and submit the idea there or upvote an existing one. I think this is the one:
Also, there is another plugin specifically for TEC events. However this has the same issue as the one you are using.
I have contacted the plugin author if he can possibly fix that. We’ll see.
I will keep this topic open for now so you can report back with your findings later.
Note that the thread will be automatically closed in 3 weeks if there is no movement.
Cheers and good luck,

KeymasterHi again Joao,
Thanks for your question!
This is not possible out of the box unfortunately. It is likely possible with some custom development.
Custom development tasks are outside of our stated scope of support.
Even so, we’d love to help you if we can. We do need to prioritize requests from other customers right at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help we’ll be happy to do so.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks for your understanding.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi tobi,
Thanks for getting in touch! Let me try to help you with this.
I tried to check the url but it requires an account. So without an account I cannot check the bug you mentioned, but with an account the bug doesn’t exist.
I tested this on my local site without logging in and all worked fine.
Can you go through our conflict testing guide and check if that reveals anything?
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Gregory,
Sorry to keep you waiting with an answer. Cliff is unexpectedly out this week.
Not all issues make it on the known issues page, but you are right, probably this one should be there. I’ll check with the person managing that.
I checked the status of the bugticket. It is currently being worked on by a developer and hopefully we will be able to get out a fix soon. There’s a high chance it will not be out before the weekend unfortunately. I’m sorry about that.
If all goes according to plan (the fix is developed and goes through testing successfully), then the fix will go out by the end of March.
I understand that end of March is a bit late. I will try to push this as much as I can and maybe get it out earlier.
Thanks for your continued patience and again apologies for the somewhat belated reply.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Megan,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry about your issues with getting connected to Facebook. There are a couple of things we can look at or do, so let’s start.
1) Please go to Events > Settings > Licenses tab and check if your Event Aggregator license gets a green success validation message. (Something like this screenshot.)
2) Go to Events > Help and check your Event Aggregator System Status, if all is green. (screenshot)
3) Go to your Facebook account and remove the authorization for Event Aggregator. Here is how you can do that:
- On the top right corner click on the little triangle, then choose ‘Settings’ (screenshot)
- On the left side choose ‘Apps’ and look for ‘Event Aggregator’ in the list (screenshot)
- Hover over Event Aggregator and click on the little ‘x‘ and confirm
- Go back to your site and try to reconnect to Facebook
Let me know if this gets you further.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello there,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to our Help Desk!
I’m sorry to hear you are having issues on your website. Let’s see what we can do.
I see you are using caching / CDN. We are aware that sometimes there are issues when the calendar resources (js, css, etc.) are minified. So as a first step I would recommend to exclude these from minification.
Probably the best way to go about this is to disable minification in general and check if the site works properly like that. If it does, then start minifying other resources.
Let me know how that plays out. If there are still issues with no minification, then we can dig further.

KeymasterGrüss Dich,
Thanks for reporting this kaisv!
I checked this on my test site and all seems to work well.
I have an RSVP set up which collects additional attendee meta (name). The ‘name’ field appears after I increase the counter to 1.
Please note that the Enfold > Theme Options > Lightbox Modal Window option needs to be switched off. Here’s a screenshot of that: https://cloudup.com/cJR5JX-QBVw
Here’s a full description of the workaround:
Please check and let me know if that does the trick.
