ParticipantAfter updating to TEC 4.6.11 and TECPro 4.4.23 the month view returns as No Events Found using the shortcode that has worked previously. This is also happening for the current day. However, the weekly view shortcode does work.
I tried resetting permalinks and that did not fix anything. Including info from site as I will have to restore a backup to get the calendar functional again.

KeymasterHi Shay,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Oh man, that’s bad. Not quite sure what has happened, I checked it on my test install, and events still showed with the month view shortcode after running an update on TEC and PRO. Let’s try to solve this.
Did you also update something else than the calendar plugins?
Did you try to deactivate all other plugins and switch to twentyseventeen and check if that works? (This is actually the start of conflict testing.)
What shortcode are you using exactly? Is itΒ ‘[tribe_events view=”month”]’ or something more sophisticated?
Can you share a database dump with me? Can be either state (before or after update), best would be both.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi again,
We have identified the source of the issue and are investigating how to fix this on high priority.
Until then the solution is to stay on the previous versions.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. Hang in there.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Shay,
We have pushed a hotfix on TEC last Friday to fix this issue.
After a running a backup please update the plugins to the latest and check if that solves your problem. Let me know how that works out.
Cheers,

ParticipantThis still shows in progress on known issues section and there was no update to the Pro plugin. Can you please confirm this issue was resolved before I try updating AGAIN? I can’t be using my client’s websites to experiment. I need to know for certain. This issue has already caused me enough problems.

KeymasterHi Shay,
Thanks for pointing out the Known Issues Page. I just updated it.
I do apologize for all the inconvenience this bug has caused you. It was certainly not intentional.
I can confirm that this issue has been fixed with the hotfix we released on Friday, February 16, 2018, and only The Events Calendar plugin is involved. (PRO did not need a fix.)
Before updating, I would still recommend doing a backup of your site, or event better, if you have a staging site test it there first.
Looking forward to hearing the results.
Cheers,
