KeymasterHi Thomas,
Thanks for getting back to me on this. I will leave this open so you can post your reply.
Please note though that after 3 weeks of no movement here, the topic will be closed automatically. If that happens, just open a new topic, post your reply there and add a reference url of this thread.

KeymasterHi again bcbookprizes,
Thanks for sharing your system information!
What is the timezone of the event that produced this glitch? (Here’s a screenshot of what I’m looking for: https://cloudup.com/cB-6ThmFY4v)
This is likely the issue we know about. If the event is in a different timezone than the website, then the sale date/time is calculated based on the website timezone.
That screenshot would confirm this.
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHi bcbookprizes,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear about this issue. Let me try to help you fix this.
Could you please share your system information with me as a first?
Also if you could make some screenshots of how the ticket and the ticket sales is set up, that would be helpful.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Skynet,
Thanks for reporting this.
We are aware of this bug and while we do not provide the same support for extensions as for our premium plugins we will try to get this fixed.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Linda,
Thanks for reaching out!
After a purchase the users should start showing up there without any manual intervention.
We are aware of a small glitch where if a WooCommerce order status is updated, the update does not immediately show on the attendees page. It takes some time (about half a minute to 2 minutes) for that to update.
If this is the same then your attendees should show up already.
I see you have some page / event duplication plugins. Creating events with that might have some issues. You can read more about that here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/suggestion-remove-a-row-from-wp_postmeta/
I also see you have ‘Fix Event Tickets WooCommerce select2’. We have released a number of fixes since this was an issue, so you probably do not need that plugin any more. I still recommend you to test it first by deactivating it, and if all works well you can delete it.
Hope this helps. Let me know.
Cheers,

KeymasterHmmm….
Check the snippet in the opening post of this thread.
I just tested it and that added the WooCommerce info into the export.
Would that help?

KeymasterOh, Kristy, thanks for reporting that! Much appreciated and I’m super stoked to hear it works! Awesome!
Kevin, did you manage to give it a try? Would love to hear if it does the trick for you.

KeymasterMark, I will need some more details for this.
Please share your system information with me.
What ecommerce solution are you using? I just tested this with WooCommerce and it worked for me. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://cloudup.com/clf7pdhwYdK
How are you collecting the attendee information? Can you send a screenshot on how it’s set up?
Thanks,

KeymasterHello Mark,
Thanks for reaching out!
You are not doing anything wrong, this is not a functionality that comes out of the box.
Though normally we do not do customizations like this, a colleague has agreed to take a look at this and will try to cook up something for you. Please give us a couple of days and I’ll get back to you.
Thanks for your patience!

KeymasterHello S,
I’m sorry to hear that.
Your Events Calendar PRO license has expired earlier this month. That will not renew.
Your EA license is valid till June, and as I see it it is not a subscription, so it will not renew automatically.
If you want to make absolutely sure, then after you log in on theeventscalendar.com go to License Keys and make sure that you don’t have any auto-renewal switches turned on. I believe you will not see any switches though.
In any case, if an auto renewal would happen despite this, let us know right away and we’ll get it fixed.

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about this issue.
I would like to ask you to test if you are having this issue with a default theme like twentysixteen and the latest versions of our plugins. That will help us determine if this is a bug in the plugin, or Salient is not fully compatible with our latest versions.
Note, when you downgrade it is always best to downgrade both ET and ET+ to the “same” version. You can check our blog on the different release dates, and also you should be able to see the release dates in your account under downloads.
Let me know what you find.
Cheers,

KeymasterHallo Benedikt,
Great question!
That will depend on the event and the field itself, so it will be different for all additional fields and all events.
To get the name open the event for editing, and inspect the additional field you are curious about. This will highlight the item in the code and you need to take the name from there. Here’s a screenshot that should explain: https://cloudup.com/cV_0rmACgBC
Let me know if you have further questions.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Emma,
Thanks for reaching out!
Hi! After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
Do you possible have a link to that support ticket where this helper plugin / snippet was mentioned?
Also, to have a clear understanding, is this what you would like to achieve?
You are using the widget called Events Calendar.
You would like the list of events listed below the calendar to be expanded so that also events from upcoming months show up. E.g. we are in August, you see the only event from August and events from September and more until you reach the number of events / limit set up in the widget.
We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks
Andras
