Attendee Information – 'Other Attendee Data' fields not exportable!?

When I purchase the Events Calendar Events Tickets Plus, I was under the impression that the backend data would be exportable (so that I can manage details regarding the ticketed attendees). Now that I’ve purchased the module, I am realizing that the additional details are not included in the exported content.

This is a major problem. Why would I ask this information of my attendees it I didn’t have a need to use it? I’m hoping that I’m just doing something wrong, and that this is not an oversight of your developers. Can someone please assist? I am trying to make a deadline and this is a definite roadblock.

You are not doing anything wrong, this is not a functionality that comes out of the box.

Though normally we do not do customizations like this, a colleague has agreed to take a look at this and will try to cook up something for you. Please give us a couple of days and I’ll get back to you.

How are you collecting the attendee information? Can you send a screenshot on how it’s set up?

First off.. thanks for the speedy response and the offer to look into this further – much appreciated!

Ok.. I took a deep breath and tried it again and was successful. But after thinking about it, what I really need is the Order data (in Woo). The problem here is that:

1) Woo doesn’t have a method to export order data. I remedied this by installing the ‘Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce’ plugin.

2) The order data doesn’t contain the ticket details that are in the attendee data.. this would include the Corvette Generation and Model in our use case.

Sigh… is there anyway to get the ticket detail information into the woo order (perhaps using field sets)? …or perhaps inserting the content into the existing “Customer Note” field?

These details are critical for managing the registration on the backend.

Any help here would be much appreciated!
