Ticket PDF not receive on PayPal payment mothod,

Hello,

We have installed a PDF Tickets extension (https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/). While we payment through pay offline, we will received a PDF ticket , but while we payment through PayPal , we received only email not attachment PDF.

Please help on this.

Thanks for reporting this.

We are aware of this bug and while we do not provide the same support for extensions as for our premium plugins we will try to get this fixed.

I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

Hi. We published an update to PDF Tickets at https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/

Version 1.1.0 fixes the issue of PDFs not being attached to emails as you reported.

See the changelog, update to Version 1.1.0, and let us know how it works for you.
