KeymasterSalut Cyrille,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are having. I can try to help you with this.
Do you know what the error / error message is what the user gets? That would probably help us get further.
We are aware of a glitch that if a user first cancels an order, then finishes it later, or a user increases the number of tickets on the shopping cart page, then the attendee details disappear. Your case sounds very similar, and knowing the error message would help.
Do you have an idea what causes the error?
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterOh, that’s interesting.
You can try clicking the “Check again” button on the Dashboard > Updates page, or if it still doesn’t want to show up, then you can always do a manual update. Here is a guide on that.
Having older versions and mismatching versions for Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus can cause glitches like this.
Let me know how that goes.
After updating would you be able to do a test? You could set up an event far in the future so that your users don’t see it immediately and set up a ticket sale for tomorrow or something.
Meanwhile I will also try to test that.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Linda,
Thanks for sharing that with me, it is really useful.
I’d like to make a note:
Deactivating the duplicator plugin will not make a difference. The event has been duplicated already with possibly some unwanted data (ticket sales from the original event) and deactivating the plugin will not change that. You would need to go to the database and manually remove a line from there. Therefore it is best not to use the duplicator on events that already have some sales.
we are using Sale Price
Can you give me some more information on this, how are you doing this? Is this the sale price you can set up on the WooCommerce product page for a certain period? Or you are using a 3rd party plugin for this? If you could share some screenshots that would be also very helpful.
Thanks,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHi and good morning!
Thanks for sharing your system information with me. In that I see that you have an older version of Event Tickets Plus. Please update it to the current version (4.7.2) and check if that makes the issue disappear.
Before you do any update it is always recommended to create a full backup of your site (files and database), to have something to go back to, just in case anything goes wrong.
Eagerly waiting to hear the results.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterThank you for your feedback!
Indeed it would be nice and useful. We do have it on our list of ideas for the future. I hope we get there soon.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Russel,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue as well.
While we are trying to investigate this issue, please:
- go through our conflict testing guide and tell me if it uncovers anything
- share your system information
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi C Berger,
Thanks for your question!
Event Aggregator cannot import RSVP’s and tickets, it can only import events and it’s details for the moment.
That said, you can set up an event in Meetup and import it to your TEC, but the RSVPs will not be synced.
You can collect RSVPs on both sides but you will need to consolidate the answers manually.
I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you have more.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Mike,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear about this issue.
A lot of attendees indeed can have an impact on the load speed of the event page on the front-end and the attendees page. That is likely to happen with 1000+ attendees.
This is a performance related issue we know about and we have a bugticket for it, so our developers will take a look at this. Unfortunately at this time I cannot give you any set date when this will be fixed.
For the front-end a caching plugin might help or not showing the attendee list. You can find that setting when you edit an event and you click on the Settings button in the tickets box (screenshot).
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHi Neil,
Thanks for reaching out!
To set the expectations right at the beginning I just want to let you know that we are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.
If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
When you say “built in WordPress security features” what do you mean exactly? EC Pro doesn’t add any more functionality in the security area, so I believe that wouldn’t help in this case.

KeymasterHi tradingbo,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
So far we didn’t manage to move forward on this one.
We have an internal ticket already for this and I added your voice to it. As an addition I pinged the devs if and when we could sneak this in. If you ping me in a couple of day I should be able to give you an update on how likely this will be developed.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Linda,
This is unusual.
Was the event created manually or duplicated?
Does this happen to all the events or only some?
Would you be able to share with me a full database dump / a full export of your database? I would like to fire it up on a local installation so I can dig in it.
If you don’t know how to manually create a database export a plugin like this one can help.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterThanks Emma,
I will let the team know and we’ll get back to you when we can tackle this.
