KeymasterSalut Cyrille,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are having. I can try to help you with this.
Do you know what the error / error message is what the user gets? That would probably help us get further.
We are aware of a glitch that if a user first cancels an order, then finishes it later, or a user increases the number of tickets on the shopping cart page, then the attendee details disappear. Your case sounds very similar, and knowing the error message would help.
Do you have an idea what causes the error?
Cheers,

ParticipantThank András for you answer.
Each time, my user get a 502 Bad Gateway displayed sometime with nginx and sometime with The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.
The error is displayed when user try to add to cart the ticket, so somewhere when the plugin try to save in database the data of fields.
I think it’s not an error or a bug in the code because something don’t work somewhere between the network & the server (website is host on OVH), but the code of the plugin doesn’t manage properly this case and lost all data of fields not yet saved in base and allow to finish transaction.
Maybe we he have to be redirected on the page of the event with a message kind “Something went wrong, please try again” with all fields correctly reload with data (with a cookie ?).
What do you think about it ?
PS : in my case, all fields are required.

KeymasterHi Cyrille,
I unmarked the ‘answer’, no worries.
Hmmm… I will try to get an extra pair of eyes to take a look at this, maybe we get some ideas.
In the meantime you could try to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to check on their side what could be happening.

ParticipantI’ll check with OVH if something went wrong, I’ll keep you in touch.

KeymasterIt would be helpful if you could get some error logs from your hosting provider. Might contain some information we can work with.
Also, we tested this event without issues:

A.
