KeymasterHello again,
I’m sorry to hear this still doesn’t fully satisfy your needs.
Unfortunately we are limited to support and develop customizations based on our support policy.
The above custom code / blueprint Geoff provided should give you a headstart on what you would like to achieve. If you require further customization, then here is a list of developers from the community who are not affiliated with us and should be able to help you achieve what you need.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
It looks like that on our Feature Request forum there is a similar request to yours.
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6005649-more-detailed-backend-settings-for-events-in-mainI suggest you visit that and give it a vote, maybe add a comment if you have any great ideas / features you would like to see as part of that. If the idea gets enough votes, then it will be added to the core features of the plugin.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Brian,
Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out!
That’s a really interesting scenario you have there. I believe we don’t have a solution right out of the box. Please give me some time to check what we can do.
Thanks for hanging in there!

KeymasterHello Jack,
I created an override (kindofa hack) that overrides the number selectors with radio buttons. Currently one of my teammates is checking it if all is good. If yes, then I might be able to share it with you.

KeymasterHi nnyorker,
I’m also having issues with this. I’ll try to pull in some extra muscle. Thanks for hanging in there.

KeymasterHallo Frank,
Andras
PS: Ich hoffe mein Deutsch ist deutlich genug. 🙂

KeymasterHey Rick,
Indeed, support in general is a key driver of business nowadays. We also put a lot of focus on it. If you decide to use our plugins, and by chance you will need customer support, I do hope we will be able to show you none less than excellent support. 🙂
I checked that site and it looks like they are not using Community Events, nor Event Tickets.
They have a custom developed event category filter dropdown at the top.
Let me know if you need any more info.

KeymasterHello Mandy,
Some of the design is set up with css at the beginning, some of it is inline css with the style=”” tag, and some of it is inline HTML.
The width for ticket details is in lines 331, 335, 339, and 343, done with inline css like as well as inline HTML:
<td class=”ticket-details” valign=”top” align=”left” <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>width=”100″</span> style=”padding: 0; <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>width:100px</span>; margin:0 !important;”>
When changing one column, do not forget to set both values and to adjust the rest of the columns so that the column widths add up to the same number as before. Unless you change the sizing of the whole of course.
Does this help you get started?
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Marina,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry about your issue with displaying the timezones.
To be able to support you, could you please share your system information with me?
Here’s a handy guide how you can do that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/Also, check the setting Events > Settings > General tab > Timezone Settings (at the bottom) > Show timezone and make sure that the checkbox is empty.

KeymasterHello Rick,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We don’t provide demo version of our plugins, however we have a 30-day money-back policy in case the plugins don’t work out for you.
You can find further info on trials and refunds in these articles:
And some info about what you get with a purchase of one of our plugins:

Does this answer your question? Is there anything else I can help you out with?

KeymasterHello Hugh,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m sorry this is happening with the filter bar on mobile devices.
I have checked with several default themes (twentyten, twentyfourteen, twentyfifteen, twentysixteen) and some non-default ones as well (Divi, Avada) and so far I haven’t been able to reproduce your issue.
To work around this, you can paste the following snippet into your theme’s style.css file:
.tribe-filters-closed #tribe-events-content {
background-color: #ffffff;
z-index: 1;
}
@media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.tribe-filters-closed #tribe-events-content {
margin-top: 105px;
}
}
Check and let me know if that fixes it for you.Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Banafsheh,
Thanks for reaching out! Great question!
If you want to move you whole site as it is, then one thing to consider would be migrating the whole. There are several plugins for this which can help you do that. The process is basically doing a full backup of your site (files and database) and uploading it to the new place.
If you only want to move your events, then the export option in your Dashboard under Tools > Export will be your tool. This will generate XML files for you, which you can import then in your new site.
Don’t forget to export / import all that you might need for your events, like
- Ticket Fieldsets
- RSVP Tickets
- Attendees
- Venues
- Organizers
- Events
- Aggregator Records
- Media files
Let me know if this helps.

KeymasterHey Ben,
Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out!
You are on the right path. Though I’m not sure you will need any json data, you should be able to manage without that.
The template override you did is a good start.
In that file you will also need to get the start time of the event. For this you can use the function tribe_get_start_time(). Just assign it to a variable up top.
Then you will need to print it out, basically echo the variable somewhere around line 196-197 or so.
Also here are some resources for you which might help you in customization later on:

KeymasterHello Michael,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums! I can help you out with this.
As a first I would like to ask you to share with me your system information so I get a better understanding of your settings. Here’s a guide for this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also some questions about details:
- Which widget are we talking about? Could you share a screenshot of how the widget is set up?
- Do you have published events for the other months?
- Are you referring to the ‘prev / next month’ links? If yes, then this article should help you with that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/add-nextprevious-links/
And to clarify, you don’t need any import any key to make it work. Only if you want to receive plugin updates automatically, then you should enter your license key under Events > Settings > Licenses. You can find your license key here.
Let me know and I’ll be here waiting for your answers.
Cheers,
