KeymasterHello folks,
To give you an update, the team is working on fixing this issue and it should be released with the next maintenance release in a couple of weeks. Thanks for hanging in there.

KeymasterSure thing, we have a demo site set up here: http://wpshindig.com/events/
That should run the latest versions of our plugins.
Let me know if I can be of any more help.

KeymasterHello Roger,
Thanks for sharing that.
I see your site is password protected. Do you possible have a dev / staging site where I could take a look at this? Is that the normal photo view or is that a page with a shortcode?
Does this also happen with a default theme like twentysixteen?
This is likely a small css glitch. If I could take a look at the front end I will most probably be able to cook up a css snippet to fix it.
Let me know.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello again,
I checked the theme and child theme you sent in a local environment and all was working fine.
Since I don’t know your theme settings, it could be something there, or how the single event page is set up, or some other plugin is messing with the page. It looks like most of the page is loaded, then somewhere at the end the extra buttons are added to the code, I suspect via some jQuery or javascript.
A next step would be running a text for conflicts based on this guide – after disabling the css code for hiding the buttons. That should help us find any misbehaving plugins.
Since all seems to work fine with a default theme, and the issue appears with Avada, your other option would be getting in touch with the Avada developers to take a look at it.
I’m sorry I cannot give any solution to this, the source of the issue pretty hard to nail down. I’m happy to help you further in finding the source of the issue, just let me know and we go step by step as results come in.
Cheers

KeymasterHello Tom, hello Darius,
I had some discussions with the team and got it confirmed that we don’t add and open graph tags to our events. But this indeed makes a very good feature request.
We collect feature request on UserVoice and if a request gets enough votes then we look into how we could add it to our plugins.
I have created a request for this feature, so if you think this is something you would like to see in the plugin in the future, then head over here and add your votes to it.
I checked the All-in-One SEO plugin, and I couldn’t get it to generate any og meta on single posts either. So no clue what that could be.

KeymasterHello Lance,
Thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry about this issue you are having.
You are definitely right that details can be more important then the export buttons.
This seems to be driven by the Enfold theme in this case. While we cannot really help with customizing themes, I’m sure that if you reach out to the Enfold theme developers, they will be more than happy to help you out with this.
I hope this answers your question.
Cheers,

KeymasterJust wanted to let you know that we already added a note to our product page regarding this.

Thanks for bringing this up, and I’ll be waiting for the information from you.

KeymasterHello Stanley,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue. I’m really sorry our plugins are causing you so much frustration.
At the moment Event Aggregator does not support recurring events in a way that they will be imported as recurring. All events are imported as single events. I apologize, this is not obvious from the information we have on our website. I’m already discussing this with our team how we can make that better known.
By Event Option #1 do you mean the setting under Events > Settings > Imports tab > Event Update Authority > Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source?
Could you please share with me the feed you are importing so I can run some tests on it?
Deleting the not needed events can be deleted with bulk delete, just like any other post type. After this they will be marked as “Ignored”. This is like trash, but we had to distinguish it from trash.
Once you delete them from the “Ignored” list as well you can re-import them.
Please share with me the above and I’ll be happy to try to solve this with you.
Cheers,
