KeymasterHi Gary,
Now I have checked your site and the pagination worked on list view, month view, and week view as well.
Might be the removal of WPSC helped…
Can you check and confirm that it’s also working for you?
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Jerry,
I’m disappointed that MT opted to provide Gutenberg for the free version of EC but not the paid version.
I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment, but I do have to make a correction here. We didn’t not opt to provide Gutenberg compatibility for that paid version. We do want to provide Gutenberg compatibility for all our plugins, just like I said before.
Modern Tribe and The Events Calendar is one of the first plugins to jump head first into Gutenberg compatibility, despite Gutenberg not even being finished yet. You can read all about our approach in our Going Gutenberg series.
First we need to make sure that the base – TEC – is covered and that everything still works well when Gutenberg launches. That is the goal for phase 1.
The goal for phase 2 is to make the rest of our plugins also compatible.
will I need to upgrade to Pro license (3 sites), or can I simply switch which website holds the Personal (1 site) license
You do not need to upgrade your license, you can simply switch it over to the new domain when ready. You will find these articles helpful for this:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Hope this helps. If there’s anything more, just gimme a holler.

KeymasterHi Mateusz,
Meanwhile there was a discussion in the team so I received some more info:
You should be able to create and attach tickets to any post type you have, except for WooCommerce products.
So it is not possible to create a ticket without a post, page or a custom post type, that is not a WooCommerce product.
I’m sorry for not being clear on this before. I was also missing part of the info.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
Cheers,

KeymasterYou’re welcome, Jason! Happy to hear it worked.
Just a note, it looks like we have a small glitch in the code somewhere, that is why your solution with the reference to “$post->ID” did not work, which should btw. Our devs are going to take a look at it.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.

KeymasterHi José,
I’m not quite sure that would be possible out of the box. Maybe with some custom development you could achieve that.
Also, before giving you a definite answer I want to make sure that we understand your question correctly. Therefore I’d like to ask you to post your question in your mother tongue – I take it it’s Spanish or Portuguese. We have some native speakers on the team who will understand and we can give you a proper answer.
Please explain, like above, what the guy at the door needs to do, and what the other person(s) needs to do, what is the process of your check-in. The more details you can give the better understanding we will have.
Thanks!
Andras

KeymasterHi Sami,
Thanks for reaching out!
On translations we rely on our community as we do not have native speakers in all languages, nor do we have the bandwidth to maintain all of them.
These articles will give you information on how you can help us with providing translations to the plugins. Any help is much appreciated.

On mobile monthly view does not open any event when clicking
We are aware of a similar bug. Our developers will be looking at it soon.
Can I add own fields to events, such as link to Google Drive folder. (I tried, it doesn’t show up)
You have the option to add Additional Fields to an event with Events Calendar PRO.
You will be able to set up additional fields under Events > Settings > Additional field tab, which then will become available when you create / edit an event.
On recurring events, is it possible to change ie. Organizer field without taking that event “off the queue”
If you mean that you would like to have a different organizer for one event in the series, then no, it is not possible to do that. Only if you break that one event out of the series.
But there is something already slowly cooking in our kitchen …
Is it really so that when event is “downloaded” to iCal, it doesn’t change in the phone calendar when ie. date is changed?
Not quite sure how you set it up. If you just imported it once to your phone, then probably it will not update automatically.
If you will need to set it up in a way that when you refresh your calendar, then it pulls the events / changes from the source.
I believe you can add iCal feeds to your google calendar and that should work, though personally I haven’t tested this yet.
Please note, that normally we do not provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel. If you need further support for our premium plugins, then log into your account and post like that.
Thanks for understanding!

KeymasterHi Laurent,
This snippet should give you a starting template:
https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/f4c078f8239ce44a8be82abd51ea1aec
And probably you will need to utilize this function to check for past events:
Does this help you get started?
Let me know if you need further help.

AndrasSeptember 6, 2018 at 8:03 am in reply to: Event Ticket Plus with WooCommerce Vendors / tickets as products #1615181Andras
KeymasterHi Mateusz,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m not familiar with the WooCommerce Vendors plugin and my search didn’t bring any results with that specific plugin name.
With ET and ET+ you should be able to create tickets to any post type you have on your site, but you cannot create tickets for users / user roles.
So if you create a page, you can add a ticket to that. This setting is under Events > Settings > Tickets tab > Ticket Settings section > Post types that can have tickets. (Right at the top.)
If you are using WooCommerce as your eCommerce solution for Event Tickets Plus, then all the tickets you create will also create a parallel WooCommerce product. That is how tickets are handled in this case.
If you can give me more details on your usage scenario I can give you some further info.

AndrasSeptember 6, 2018 at 7:52 am in reply to: How to upgrade bundles – I want them all and not sure how to do this? #1615167Andras
KeymasterHi Jim,
Thanks for reaching out!
I believe the easiest and shortest would be if you purchased the Ultimate bundle and asked for a refund on the other one.
I cannot think of any more straightforward solution than this.
If that suites you, let me know, and I’ll process the refund for you.
Cheers,
