KeymasterHello Marco,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your thoughts.
1. Actually that is right. Clicking on “show all events” should take you to the list view of that day. The same happens from the default calendar page.
2. I tested this with the same result. This looks like a bug. I will ticket it so our devs can take a look.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Cheers,

KeymasterHello anas9279,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
We unfortunately don’t have full RTL support yet. It is on our long term road map, but at the moment I can’t say when that will happen.
While I try to poke around and get some more information on this internally, here are 2 articles that might help you get started:

KeymasterHi Rhonda,
Events with a date and no time and “all day” not checked don’t show up in the calendar or the feed
You are absolutely right about this. This looks like a bug. I created a bugticket so our developers will take a look at it.
An event series with dates that are set using “once” options only offers me the first one in the list for import, as a non-recurring event. Events for the other dates cannot be imported. This includes items that are within the three month “window”. How do we get the other dates to make the trip? (Would the “Clear this cache” option that appears beneath the event’s listing on the event admin page have any effect
At the moment we don’t support importing recurring events. All recurrences should be imported though as single events.
Can you send me a url to the event in question, so I can test it?
I was able to import my sample missing event using One Time import,
I’m sorry, which event exactly are we talking about here? Can you share a url for this as well?
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello Katie,
I did a test last week with scheduled import (without the snippet) and I got duplications every single time. Now I’m re-testing it. Did you by chance test it with scheduled runs?
What you can definitely try – if it suits your needs – is to set the Event Update Authority under Events > Settings > Imports tab to “Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved.”
If you need updates from the events coming from that feed, then obviously this setting will probably not be good for you.
I’ll let you know how I end up with my test.

KeymasterHi Kennon,
I checked that group for you and I found the following challenges:
- The events that are visible in that groups calendar are events created by other entities. So basically none of those events is owned by ‘AGOT 2nd Edititon’.
- The first event there (GoT tournament) is a recurring one. At the moment we don’t support importing recurring events, in case you want to import that event specifically (https://www.facebook.com/events/1977647719173564/)
- If you want to import it from the organizers event page (https://www.facebook.com/pg/JohnnyCeeCards/events/) it will not show up, likely because the first instance of the event series is in the past.
I believe these are done like that intentionally. I will check that with the team nonetheless.
from reading other information on the site, it appears that I should be able to import from a closed group.
Can you share with me some reference to this? I would just like to double check that we are not promising something that is not possible.
Thanks,

KeymasterThanks for sharing.
The option can be found under the ‘Settings’ of the tickets (screenshot 1, screenshot 2), and needs to be set for every event separately, and it is valid for all the tickets of that one event.
Please check and let me know.

KeymasterHi oogly,
Unfortunately the screenshots got lost in the matrix. Can you please log in to the forums and upload them directly here? Images sent over email don’t make it through the labyrinth of servers.
Do I understand correctly that you are using ‘Set capacity for this ticket only’ for the tickets?
And some more questions:
- Set up event with tickets using non-shared capacity of 20 tickets
- 16 tickets sold, 15 is set to complete -> 4 should remain
However, if I set the capacity to just 4 remaining, then it’s “out of stock”.
Why do you need to set the capacity? It should already be 4. Or the capacity wasn’t set at the beginning?

KeymasterHello Cam,
I see your order on the license renewal.
It looks like you have now 2 accounts here. web@ and cam@
Your license key is connected to the web@ account, while you have prolonged the license with the cam@ account. I actually don’t know how that was possible, because the system shouldn’t allow that. I have now applied the renewal to your license, so you can use your existing license.
Since you have the license connected to web, you can log in and use the premium forums with that account. You will not be able to do that with cam.
I hope this clarifies.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Kelly,
I check both your live site and the staging site (franchise) and it still looks like you are using Events Calendar Pro 4.3.1.1 on both. Our current Pro version is 4.4.19.
If you have entered your Pro license key under Events > Settings > Licenses tab then you should see an update notification on your plugins page, similar to this. (Sometimes the updates don’t immediately show up on the Dashboard > Updates page.)
Here are two articles that can help you with running an update:
Please let me know if you need any help with the updates, and if the issue is still there with the newest versions.

KeymasterHey Bill,
I’m happy to hear you managed to find the source of the issue. Great job!
WordPress is a great dynamic platform but it can be a nightmare.
You can say that out loud. 😀 And having a backup is always a good idea.
As for the wishlist, if you would like to see that as a feature of our plugin, I encourage you to visit our UserVoice page where we collect ideas and votes for those. If we see an idea is really popular, then we will consider adding it as a feature. I think this one covers your idea, but if not, or you don’t find any like that, then feel free to suggest a new idea with details.
Since this is resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
Cheers,
AndrasPS: If you like our plugins, and you didn’t yet do so 🙂 we would be happy to receive a review in the wordpress.org repository. Thanks!

KeymasterHello Kelly,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me try to help you.
I take it this filtering is done on the backend on the event list with Advance Post Manager.
Could you please send me a screenshot of that page after you ran the filter? Something like on this screenshot.
I also see in your system information that EC PRO is quite an old version. Using mismatched versions can produce glitches. Updating the plugin to the most recent version is recommended, after creating a full site and database backup.
Thanks and cheers,
