    Thanks for reporting back!

    Meanwhile I also did some digging and we have a bugticket already on file for a very similar issue, so our developers are going to take a look at it. I will add your thread to the ticket and you will be notified once the bug is fixed.

    My hunch is this comes from a plugin update and it affects tickets that were created before Event Tickets Plus 4.6.

    To the best of my knowledge now if you create a ticket, then the start and end sale dates are automatically filled out even if you leave them empty. The starting time will be the time the ticket is created (rounded forward to the next half hour) and the end time will be the time of the event.

    I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

    That indeed is a strange issue. I would love to help you get that fixed.

    There are couple of things we can start with.

    Please share your system information with me. This will give me a rough overview of your setup and might give me some clues.

    Please go through our conflict testing guide. This might uncover a conflicting plugin or theme. A quicktest would be changing your theme to twentyseventeen and deactivating all non-calendar plugins, and then check if you are still experiencing this issue.

    Let me know what you find and we can work forward from there.

    Thanks for reaching out! What a great question. Let me help you with this one.

    I believe it would be partially possible to do that.

    The good side: What you can do is set up one event per day and add 7 tickets, each corresponding to the appropriate hour and each having a capacity / stock of 15.

    The not so good side: However, you would need to set this up separately for every day when you have tours.

    At the moment we do not fully support tickets for recurring events. If you create a ticket for a recurring event, then the ticket will be available for every instance of the event and will share the capacity / stock. As an example, if you would set up a recurring event that happens every day for a week, and add a ticket to it with a capacity of 15, then that capacity is not for each and every day, but for the whole duration of the event. (15 vs. 7 times 15)

    If what I described above is good for you, then our plugin will most probably suit your needs. If you want the option that you only set up the event and the ticket once and is valid for e.g. half a year, then you might need to look for a different solution.

    What you could possibly try is using WooCommerce products as tickets and use ticket variations for the days. You will need to create a whole bunch of variations (e.g. Jan 1, Jan 2, Jan 3… all the days when you have tours). Then create 7 tickets (one for every hour) with the variations above, and set the stock for 15 for every variation.

    That is really weird. Not sure why that is happening.

    It looks like when you first go to the page then the url has “featured=false” in it.

    Once you change the Provincia filter, that changes to “featured=true” and stays like that no matter what you do.

    It looks like you have a redirect set up for

    https://pueblosblancos.soy/malaga

    which takes you to

    https://pueblosblancos.soy/eventos/map/?action=tribe_geosearch&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=map&featured=false&tribe_state=249-bla-bla-bla

    Can you set up the redirect so that the target URL doesn’t contain the “&featured=false” part? I tested browsing around with that and seemed to work fine.

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue.

    Indeed, if the end date of sales is not filled out, the tickets shouldn’t show up any more for a past event.

    Can you share with me:

    • a url to the event where this is happening
    • a screenshot of the ticket settings, including the start/end dates for sale

    Does this also happen if you set up a new event in the past and you leave the sale end date field empty?

    Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!

    I see where you are coming from. I might be able to help you with this.

    By default the ‘Default Event Template’ does not have the sidebar regions incorporated. If your theme has them for the pages, then it should be easy. Just switch from ‘Default Event Template’ to ‘Default Page Template’.

    If your theme’s default page template uses sidebars, then with the above setting your calendar pages will do too.

    Try and let me know if that does the trick.

    I’m sorry you are having these issues. Let me try to help you.

    I see the issue on your page. Both on the week and the day view I get a javascript error in the console.

    Can you tell me what troubleshooting steps you took? Did you go through our conflict testing guide? If not, please do so.

    I see you are using a child theme of twentysixteen. Do you also get the issues if you switch to the parent theme and don’t use a child theme?

    I also see you have a “must use” plugin, called “Pantheon”. It would be great if you could deactivate that too, just to make sure that is not the one interfering somehow.

    I checked your site in 2 different browsers on my PC in responsive mode and also on my mobile in Chrome and Firefox and the calendar / schedule page properly showed. I also managed to successfully switch between month and list view back and forth. All seemed to work fine.

    Are you still experiencing issues or do you still need help with this.

    If you still have issues, then the starting point would be our conflict testing guide to rule out any plugins and theme interfering with what you want to achieve. If you are still having the issue with only the calendar plugins and a default theme, then we might be facing a bug. If the issue comes out only when other plugins or a different theme is active, then we need to start digging in that direction.

    1. Could you please send me a screenshot of the Past events widget you are using? I would like to take a look as I’m not sure if it is our widget or something that comes with another plugin or your theme perhaps.

    2. It is only possible to change the venue for all instances of a recurring event.

    If you would only like to change the venue for some events in the series, then you will need to break up the series, or at least break out the events from the series where you want to use a different venue and manage those separately.

    A recurring event presumes that all the events happen at the same venue. Hope this helps.

    I have not seen any imported events for several days and I am reviewing the data. If I try to run manually, I see that I see a message that is not correct: “The daily limit of 100 import requests to the Event Aggregator service has been reached. Please try again later. “

    Many of the daily schedules changed to weekly and many others on demand. I have counted the events that have been executed today, according to the date of the last execution and far from it reached 100.

    And this is the result I got: screenshot.

    When I click the ‘Featured events / Eventos Destacados” in the Filter Bar, then I get the featured ones in blue.

    So this part works fine. Can you confirm this?

    For me the problem comes when I unclick “Eventos Destacados”, because it will still only show the featured events.

    I’m really sorry to hear that updates have caused you such issues. That is not good. I would love to help you solve that.

    If I understand correctly, your attendee meta is not showing in the back-end after an update, likely to Event Tickets and ET Plus 4.6.1. Also, if you roll back to a version before that, then the attendee metadata still doesn’t become visible.

    Could you please share with me the backup that you are using, so I can check what the issue could be? A backup of the files and the database would be best. You can upload it to some cloud service and share the url here in a private reply. Thanks!

    Hello Scott,

    Thanks for pinging me.

    There is no update for this bug yet. When the issue was reported and I opened the bugticket our team was already well into the development of the upcoming maintenance release, which will be the last one this year, so it did not make it into that one.

    After this MR is released we will start scoping the bugs for the next one, but that will likely only happen in the new year, so I need to ask for a bit of patience from you. Thanks!
