    All of the data from Events tickets plus seems to have dropped off since the late November update. I made the plugin updates on Nov. 22 and it seemed to wipe the data from past purchases. I have been reverting to the backup file so the accounting team can pull records, but it is causing huge issues. I reverted to the old version of the plugins, but it did not bring any data back. I’ve been keeping a close eye on plugin updates since Nov 22, but no release has brought back this important data. Please help! In the screenshot below, you will see that almost all of the attendees fields are blank. These had between 10-50 attendees listed before updates made on Nov. 22.

    ALSO, we need to somehow see a list based on the attendee names. IE what events has Sarah Jones attended? Right now all of the reporting is about the event; wondering if we can turn this on it’s head a report based on the users, and how many events they have attended (and when).

    I’m really sorry to hear that updates have caused you such issues. That is not good. I would love to help you solve that.

    If I understand correctly, your attendee meta is not showing in the back-end after an update, likely to Event Tickets and ET Plus 4.6.1. Also, if you roll back to a version before that, then the attendee metadata still doesn’t become visible.

    Could you please share with me the backup that you are using, so I can check what the issue could be? A backup of the files and the database would be best. You can upload it to some cloud service and share the url here in a private reply. Thanks!
