I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing that issue.

We’ve already had some other users reporting similar problems with scheduled imports reaching the import limit and we are currently investigating this on our end.

In the meantime, please send us a screenshot, in a private reply if you’d like, of your imports history page (WP Admin > Events > Imports > History tab) and also of the Event Aggregator System Status by navigating to WP Admin > Events > Help

If there are failed imports, please let us know the message that shows up when hovering over the red exclamation mark.

I’m sorry to know that you are having that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.

First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.

If you still experience the same error for that import, please share with us the gCal URL where you are trying to import events from so we can run some tests on our end.

I’m not sure what the use case of such functionality would be, so feel free to let me know what/why you are trying to accomplish and I’d be happy to let you know if there are any workarounds for it.

Hi Diego!

That is something you can set from the Yoast SEO plugin settings.

I believe the option is under WP Admin > SEO > Search Appearance > Content Types tab and under Custom Content Type Archives you should be able to edit the meta description.

Thanks for testing that out.

I can see the buttons not working on your site. I’ve just tested out on my local installation with a copy of the Salient theme and I can reproduce the same on my end, so it seems to be a theme issue.

The problem seems to be caused by the theme adding the plus/minus buttons and changing the default behavior of the quantity input.

Please get in touch with the theme developers to let them know about the issue so they can give some insight about it.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to set the ticket capacity to Unlimited upon importing via CSV.

I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

I will set this thread’s status as pending fix and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.

In the meantime, the only workaround I’ve found so far is using -1 and then manually editing the ticket after import and set it to unlimited capacity.

It’s good to know you could roll back to make the tickets show up again. Let me help you find the source of the conflict.

I’m not able to reproduce the same on my end, so it seems like there could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. To make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our <u>Testing for Conflicts guide</u> and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.

Your staging site is the best place to perform this tests as it will allow you to test things out without disrupting the live site.

Thanks for following up with this.

I’ve just checked your site and you’re not getting the console errors you were previously getting from our plugins.

The ones that show up seem to be from fonts not being found, which are likely coming from your theme or another plugin. I can also see similar console errors in other pages of your site where non of our scripts are loading.

Try changing to a default theme and see if any difference. If no difference, then try disabling all other plugins except ours and see if any changes.
