It’s good to know you could roll back to make the tickets show up again. Let me help you find the source of the conflict.
I’m not able to reproduce the same on my end, so it seems like there could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. To make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our <u>Testing for Conflicts guide</u> and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.
Your staging site is the best place to perform this tests as it will allow you to test things out without disrupting the live site.
