MemberThanks for your confirmation Jonathon.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread as it’s a duplicate of the above mentioned topic.

MemberHi Jonathon,
Thanks for following up with this.
We can’t really commit to a date for the release. However it is most likely to be shipped in our next maintenance release next week.
I have linked this thread to the bug report so we’ll let you know as soon as the fix is released.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work on this.

MemberHi Jas!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
I’m not exactly sure where you are using our event list widget. Could you please share with us a screenshot of the problem you are dealing with so we can try to reproduce on our end?
Also, when coming back please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Jonathon!
I believe this is the same issue you reported in https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/eventbrite-tickets-4-5-1-temporary-fix/
Could you please confirm?
Thanks,

MemberHi Jonathon!
Thanks for getting in touch with us about this issue.
You can download a temporary version of Eventbrite Tickets 4.5.1 with this specific fix from the following link:
the-events-calendar-eventbrite-tickets.4.5.1-temporary-fix.zip
As always, we recommend you setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site and make sure it works before installing it in the production site.
Please let us know if it works for you.
Thanks,

MemberHi Manuel!
Thanks for getting in touch. Let me help you with those issues.
Every time eventbrite is re-imported the event categories get set to blank.
I made a few tests on my end and I’m not able to reproduce this. If I assign a default category to an event and then re-imported, it will still be maintained.
Are you experiencing a different behavior? If so, please let us know what are the steps you make that results in that. Please share a screenshot of the import so we can try to replicate.
I also recall the import feature for eventbrite would keep the formatting of the event description. For example, italics, bold and headers.
I can see that the event description does not maintain the formatting, but I’m not exactly sure if that is the way Eventbrite sends the information or if we can change that on our end.
I have logged a report for this so one of our developers can have a look and see if there’s anything we can do on our end to keep the formatting. We will keep you posted about it.
Thanks for taking your time to report this.

MemberHi Thierry,
Glad to know you could solve the emails not sending. Thanks for following up to let us know.
I’ll close this thread now, but feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help.

MemberHi Ian,
We don’t limit any of our plugins functionalities if you don’t have a valid license in your site. You will just not be able to get automatic updates for it.
You can go ahead and deactivate the license from your site and the calendar should still work.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Let me know

MemberHi Christa,
Thanks for coming back with your system information and for sending over the screenshot.
Unfortunately, I can confirm that is a bug we are already aware of that happens only when using the [tribe_events] shortcode. The main events calendar does indeed show the current month title.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

MemberHi Heather,
I completely understand your frustration with this situation. Specially if you were exclusively importing events from Facebook.
I have reached out to the team about this and we were able to issue a full refund for your latest license upgrade which was made in February, corresponding to order number #1449464. The funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

MemberHi Darren & Michael,
I just wanted to let you know that we will include a fix – for the issue Cliff described – in our next maintenance release of our plugins which will be shipped next week.
However, we have packaged a temporary version of Eventbrite Tickets 4.5.1 with this specific fix so you can install in your site in the meantime.
Please open a new separate thread, referencing this one, so we can share the fix with you individually.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Michal!
Thanks for getting in touch with us about this topic.
I’m not exactly sure I understand the SEO issue you are experiencing. Could you please provide more information about the problem? You can send us screenshots as a reference that will help us identify any issue.
Also, when coming back please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Do you mean that you don’t have a solution for this problem? And that your plugging don’t support seo needs?
Our plugins don’t have any built-in SEO tools, so you can use a third party plugin like Yoast SEO to optimize your site’s search results. However, if there is something in our plugins that is causing a conflict with SEO, we’d be happy to have a look and see what we can do to help.
Let us know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Heather!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Facebook recently announced a range of changes to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an affect on Event Aggregator users.
As a result, Facebook imports that previously worked are not currently possible. Further details can be found in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/
You can use keep using Event Aggregator to import from other sources like Meetup and Eventbrite. You can see the current Event Aggregator status in https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/
…As of July 18, 2018, we remain blocked. Facebook has reviewed our application to resume use of their platform but had some questions about various aspects. We have promptly responded to those and are now back to waiting on a further update.
Current Facebook guidance suggests applications like ours are processed within 10 weeks. We’re a little past that point, now, and are unsure if we face a similarly lengthy delay or not for Facebook to complete the process following their most recent assessment of our application.
Unfortunately, we are past the refund date for your license, however we can swap your Event Aggregator license for another of our products. So let me know if this is something you’d like and I’ll be happy to make the change.
Best,
