    Gracias por explicar la situación. Si has migrado el sitio con la base de datos y los archivos, entonces deberías poder ver los asistentes a los eventos, ya que el sitio es una réplica. En el caso de que no se vea, entonces puede haber fallado algo y antes de delegar el dominio al nuevo servidor, deberías asegurarte de que muestre los asistentes.

    Si estas migrando a webempresa, te aconsejo que te comuniques con ellos para que te puedan asesorar en cuanto a la migración. Se que algunos pueden realizar la migración por ti, dándoles acceso a tu cPanel del servidor anterior.

    tengo la duda del tiempo que ha pasado desde que hice la migración hasta hoy, que pasa con los pedidos que han entrado.

    Si tuviste pedidos en el sitio mientras estabas haciendo la migración, estos no se verán reflejados en el nuevo servidor. Para asegurarte de que esto no suceda, te aconsejo que antes de comenzar la migración, pongas a tu sitio en modo mantenimiento. De esta forma, evitarás cualquier compra en el sitio que luego se perderá en la migración. Existen algunos plugins que te permiten poner el sitio en modo mantenimiento.

    Por otro lado, también te aconsejo que realices un backup de todo el sitio (base de datos y archivos) por si ocurre algún problem, siempre puedes volver a levantarlo como estaba.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for the patience here and sorry for the frustration so far.

    Let me give you an update on the current status of the issues.

    The bugfix for the descriptions missing issue has already passed QA and is now pending smoketest. This is intended to be released in next week’s EA server deployment.

    We have been doing extensive tests on the scheduled imports issue, but we cannot reproduce the issue unfortunately which makes it difficult to work on a fix for it. Using the database dump of one of our customer we could pint-point a side issue which fix can help with the issue (this patch was released in the hotfix). If you are still experiencing difficulties with Scheduled Imports, the next step would be to have a new database dump of the site with the issues so we can inspect it and try to find the culprit (be sure to mark the reply as private if you send the dump).

    To re-test this on your site, follow these steps:
    – Update The Events Calendar to the latest version 4.5.12.2.
    – Delete one of the scheduled imports.
    – Re-create the scheduled import and monitor the results in the History tab.

    I truly hope this helps, but if not we will firmly continue to help.

    It’s good to know the scheduled imports issue is now solved for your sites.

    Regarding the duplicate events, this is unfortunately a new and different issue we have discovered recently which causes duplicates too.

    The good news is that a fix has already been submitted by the dev team and is now Pending QA. If everything goes as planned, this should be released in our next maintenance release for next week.

    I have attached this thread to the bug report so we’ll let you know as soon as the bugfix is available.

    My apologies for this inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience.

    First, let me apologise for taking so long in getting back to you on this matter. Barry also sends his apologies on the delay as he was the one investigating this issue. The fact is we had some team outages over the summer that introduced some delay.

    Regarding the issue, could you please confirm you are still experiencing the duplicate organizers?

    We were unfortunately unable to replicate this issue ourselves. So, if you are still experiencing this issue, we will ask you to try the following:

    Create a test install in a subdirectory, but install only The Events Calendar and nothing else, not even a third party theme – then see if you can replicate there also. If you can, you should pause and loop us in.

    Let us know how it goes.

    I’m sorry you experienced those issues. It’s good to know the imports are being processed fast again.

    I tried importing events from the URL you provided and could not reproduce the error message. While not particularly you case, let me point you to the following article regarding “Other URL” import errors > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/url-import-errors-event-aggregator/

    It seems strange to me that you can import using version 4.5.11 but not with 4.5.12.2. This could be a glitch somehow, but we always recommend you use the latest versions available for our plugins.

    The last version of The Events Calendar has several modification in the Event Aggregator compared to 4.5.11, so it might give you some trouble with some other import types.

    I am trying to do a one-time import. I have also chosen a date.

    Are you able to preview the import if you choose no date?

    Could you please let me know the exact date and settings for this import? I want to exactly recreate it to see if I can reproduce the error message. You can send us a screenshot of the settings.

    Thanks for coming back with those examples.

    We can totally understand the issue for some specific languages. I will log another report about this, so it can also be addressed in a future maintenance release of our plugins. We’ll keep you posted about it.

    Thanks for sending out the screenshot. It does look like a theme or plugin conflict, so please let us what you found while testing for conflicts.

    Hi Cody!

    Thanks for clearing that out.

    The approach you are thinking for the week view might be doable but would definitely involve several tweaks and not so easy customization. However, you should add this idea to the user voice you posted, if you haven’t already done so.

    I’ve come up with some CSS styles that will improve the experience when navigating the week view. It certainly can be improved but it is a good starting point. You should place the following code into your theme’s styles.css file or using the WordPress customizer by going to your wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    My apologies for the delay in our response. It seems this thread has gone out of radar and we’ve just bumped into it.

    Let me help you with this topic.

    Like you say, there is no built in option to show the filters open by default on mobile view. You to that will require some custom coding.

    While we are limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like this, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction.

    So, I will reach out to the team and see if we can come up with a workaround for this.
