ParticipantHello. I am having two issues with EA.
First, scheduled Facebook import still does not function properly. I receive the following error message: Import failed: The import being fetched is not queued up for importing. Please try the import again. I receive this error every time regardless of the Facebook page. I receive this error for EA 4.5.12 and 4.5.11. I have disabled all plugins and changed the theme to twenty seventeen. I still have this issue.
The second issue is that the other url import does not work on EA 4.5.12. Every attempt that I make I receive an error stating that the preview has no events to import even though there are events. I can’t do without this feature and so I reverted back to EA 4.5.11 until there is a solution. This feature works properly under EA 4.5.11.

MemberHi Sun-Chan!
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry you are experiencing those issues. Let me help you with that.
First, could you please update to the latest version of The Events Calendar 4.5.12.2 and see if any difference? This last version includes a hotfix for an issue with imports.
If after updating you still experience problems, please go to Events > Help and check the Event Aggregator System Status for any problems that might be.
Also, please let us know the error messages you have for your scheduled imports by going to Events > Import > History tab and hover over the red exclamation marks.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Sun-Chan!
Thanks for following up to let us know it’s working now.
Could you please share with us one or two of the import URL’s your are experiencing the slow down with?
We will run some tests on our end and see what we find.
Also, please share with us your latest system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks,

MemberHi Sun-Chan!
I’m sorry you experienced those issues. It’s good to know the imports are being processed fast again.
I tried importing events from the URL you provided and could not reproduce the error message. While not particularly you case, let me point you to the following article regarding “Other URL” import errors > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/url-import-errors-event-aggregator/
It seems strange to me that you can import using version 4.5.11 but not with 4.5.12.2. This could be a glitch somehow, but we always recommend you use the latest versions available for our plugins.
The last version of The Events Calendar has several modification in the Event Aggregator compared to 4.5.11, so it might give you some trouble with some other import types.
I am trying to do a one-time import. I have also chosen a date.
Are you able to preview the import if you choose no date?
Could you please let me know the exact date and settings for this import? I want to exactly recreate it to see if I can reproduce the error message. You can send us a screenshot of the settings.
Thanks,
VictorSeptember 14, 2017 at 5:02 pm #1349551SC
