    Good Morning

    I need help retrieving the list of event attendees that I have created and I am selling tickets.
    When I try to consult the list, it does not leave me for different type errors this Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /homepages/7/d543132665/htdocs/clickandbuilds/Cestiberica/wp-includes/cache.php on line 551

    There is always an error like that, but never the same

    Is there any other way to consult this list?

    On the other hand I have replicated the web on another server to transfer the domain today.

    Should I take some action to keep the list of attendees and not start from the beginning to give numbers of tickets?

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that issue.

    The error you are getting means that you are exceeding the time limit set for how much it takes your server to respond a certain request.

    In your case it’s taking more than 30 seconds (current max_execution_time for your server) to fetch the list of attendees, which could be due to the fact that there are too many attendees for that event, though taking longer to fetch.

    If you can’t change it yourself, I’d recommend you get in touch with your hosting provider to change it.

    We are planning to add pagination into the attendee’s list to prevent this from happening with events that have a large number of attendees.

    As a workaround, the attached plugin adds a very basic pagination facilities to the attendee screen. You should be able to install it like any other plugin and once activated it will add the functionality without further action.

    I’m not sure what you mean by this. If you migrated your site to another server, meaning database and files, then you should be able to see the attendees as they are stored in the database. Does it answer your question? Let me know about it.

    Gracias por explicar la situación. Si has migrado el sitio con la base de datos y los archivos, entonces deberías poder ver los asistentes a los eventos, ya que el sitio es una réplica. En el caso de que no se vea, entonces puede haber fallado algo y antes de delegar el dominio al nuevo servidor, deberías asegurarte de que muestre los asistentes.

    Si estas migrando a webempresa, te aconsejo que te comuniques con ellos para que te puedan asesorar en cuanto a la migración. Se que algunos pueden realizar la migración por ti, dándoles acceso a tu cPanel del servidor anterior.

    tengo la duda del tiempo que ha pasado desde que hice la migración hasta hoy, que pasa con los pedidos que han entrado.

    Si tuviste pedidos en el sitio mientras estabas haciendo la migración, estos no se verán reflejados en el nuevo servidor. Para asegurarte de que esto no suceda, te aconsejo que antes de comenzar la migración, pongas a tu sitio en modo mantenimiento. De esta forma, evitarás cualquier compra en el sitio que luego se perderá en la migración. Existen algunos plugins que te permiten poner el sitio en modo mantenimiento.

    Por otro lado, también te aconsejo que realices un backup de todo el sitio (base de datos y archivos) por si ocurre algún problem, siempre puedes volver a levantarlo como estaba.
