MemberHi Ginnie!
Thanks for reaching out! Let me help you with that.
Unfortunately, publishing to Facebook is not a functionality of our plugins. I know there are some plugins our there that accomplish what you are looking for.
If you need to create RSVP for an event that you imported from Facebook, you can do so like with any other event. You will just have to edit the event from the wp-admin > Events and add the RSVP tickets for it.
We have a couple of articles that will get you started on creating RSVPs and tickets for your events:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/rsvps/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions about it.

MemberHi Lige!
I’m sorry you also experiencing that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.
I am not able to see your events page. Could you please share with us a link to where we can see the month view? If that’s not an option, please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the month view page when clicking the next/previous links? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
If you don’t see any console errors, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG. This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Jeremiah!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you troubleshoot that issue.
First, could you please share with us the source file/URL from where you are importing events from?
Also, when coming back please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
We’ll try to run some tests on our end to see if we can spot the problem.
Thanks,

MemberHi Fábio!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me try to help you with that.
By default, the list view does not show the event website. Are you customizing the list view to show the event website? If so, please share that code with us and will try to come up with a snippet to achieve what you are looking for.
Thanks,

MemberHi Kevolyn!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
I’ve tried both the CSS and filter approach and they work for me on my end.
Could you please share with me a link to one of your events where you are trying to hide the remaining tickets from?
Additionally, what happens if you switch to your parent theme instead of the child theme? Does it change anything?
Let me know about it.
Thanks,
VictorOctober 20, 2017 at 8:44 am in reply to: single-venue.php file is not the active template for our single venue pages #1366519Victor
MemberHi Jeremy!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with that.
The single-venue.php file located at/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/ is the correct template file for the single venue page.
Are you trying to make a template override of it? Let me point you to our themer’s guide that explains how to achieve that >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Let me know if you are bumping into any issues and I’d be happy to help you with it.

MemberHi Joffrey!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me try to help you with that.
The ticket unique ID works that way by default and there is no built in option to modify it. However, you could modify this behaviour with some custom coding.
We are limited in the amount of support we can give for this type of customizations, but we always like helping out and at least point you in the right direction as much possible.
If you decide to go into customizing this, you should take a look at the ‘event_ticket_woo_attendee_created’ action hook provided to modify the unique id for the attendees generated.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have follow up questions.

MemberHi Samuel!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
Unfortunately, Event Aggregator does not support importing recurring events at the moment. So, the behaviour you are experiencing is the default behaviour for those kind of events.
I wasn’t really aware that Facebook had recurring events as an option. This could be a new thing from their side. If you think this should be added as a feature to Event Aggregator, you could share with us that idea in our User Voice here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/
If you need help elaborating this a bit more, just let me know and I’d be happy to help.

MemberHi Rob!
I’m sorry it didn’t work for you.
Can you make sure you are placing the code into you active theme’s functions.php file? I tried it myself and it worked for me.
Let me know.
Thanks,
