Keep having a duplicate event

I have this one event that wont go away. I have reimported, even deleted manually but it keeps coming back after my event aggravator runs. It is also duplicating the event on the correct date and not overwriting the file. It is weird because it is only one event. It is not on the calendar that we are pulling from so I have no idea what to do.

First, could you please share with us the source file/URL from where you are importing events from?

Also, when coming back please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

We’ll try to run some tests on our end to see if we can spot the problem.
