MemberHi Chris!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this.
The “Sticky in Month View” option uses the menu_order field in the posts table. The -1 value means it is sticky.
You can also use Event Aggregator to import events and match that option > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-data-from-a-csv-file/
I hope that helps!

Yes, it is possible to install the plugin in multiple installations if that’s what you intend.
If your goal is to set up a dev/staging site, then you might want to see the following article about licenses in dev sites > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions.

MemberHi Robert!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic
Unfortunately, the [tribe_events] shortcode does not support the tag attribute. You can learn more about the attributes here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
If you were to build a customization to fetch events you might want to check out the tribe_get_events() helper function > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-tribe_get_events/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow ups questions.

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
It’s great you could make all those tests. If the email is being sent out, it means it works. Not receiving the email depends on the recipient. Have you checked using a different email address or checking their spam folder?
You can resend the ticket email by going to edit the WooCommerce order and in Order Actions you can choose to Resend ticket email.
Let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Jon!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
By default, the tribe_get_events will fetch only upcoming events. You can modify the query by using the start_date argument. You can learn more about it in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-tribe_get_events/
I hope it helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Julie!
I’m sorry that’s not working for you.
The code snippet should work by placing it in your active theme’s functions.php file. Please make sure you are using straight quotes in the code, instead of curly quotes. You can also use the My Custom Functions plugin > https://wordpress.org/plugins/my-custom-functions/ which I know some users do. Let me know how it goes.
I wasn’t able to get the screenshots. Please make sure to attach it by using the online form, as you won’t be able to send pictures replying by email.
I can see the issue you mention in your site. This can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Hey James! Glad to know you could solve the issue. Thanks for letting us know and don’t hesitate to open a new topic if needed.

MemberHi Remy!
Thanks for clearing that out.
Yes, you can manually edit the ticket product in WooCommerce.
I’m not sure how that plugin works, but WooCommerce extensions do generally work with our plugins. I do suggest your setup a dev/staging site where you can test things out and see if it works as expected before making the changes in the live site.
I hope it helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi There!
Thanks for clearing that out. I thought you were getting an error message on your site regarding the license.
I have just checked your licenses and they seem to be working fine, so you can probably disregard the email. If it’s not too much to ask, could you please copy and paste that email in a private reply? I will bring this up to the team as it might have been just a glitch in our latest release of our site.
Regarding the 100 imports message you are getting, this is because you have reached your Event Aggregator import limit for your license of 100 imports per day. You can learn more about this limits here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/
Let me know how it goes and if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
