Hey there!
Your license for Event Aggregator has expired.
RENEW YOUR LICENSE NOW
CloseWhy does my account say this when I login? I thought this was an outdated product and we did not need to use it any longer?
October 19, 2017 at 5:35 pm #1366238VictorKeymasterHi Stacy!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with that.
Event Aggregator is the built in tool for The Events Calendar plugin that enables you to import events from different sources. Learn more about it here > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/
I’m not sure why you are getting that message as I can see that your Event Aggregator license is valid and active for your site.
There is a chance this could have been a glitch caused by a brief downtime on our Event Aggregator servers yesterday.
Please check the Event Aggregator System Status by going to your wp-admin > Events > Help and let me know if it shows any errors.
Thanks,

I do see this however…
Current usage 100 imports used out of 100 available today You have reached your daily import limit. Scheduled imports will be paused until tomorrow.
Why am I being limited?
November 3, 2017 at 6:26 am #1374585StacyParticipantThe notification also shows in my TEC account.
November 6, 2017 at 4:24 am #1375900VictorKeymasterHi There!
Thanks for clearing that out. I thought you were getting an error message on your site regarding the license.
I have just checked your licenses and they seem to be working fine, so you can probably disregard the email. If it’s not too much to ask, could you please copy and paste that email in a private reply? I will bring this up to the team as it might have been just a glitch in our latest release of our site.
Regarding the 100 imports message you are getting, this is because you have reached your Event Aggregator import limit for your license of 100 imports per day. You can learn more about this limits here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/
Let me know how it goes and if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks,

November 16, 2017 at 4:45 am #1384425VictorKeymasterHi! Thanks for taking your time to report this.
Unfortunately, that was an email sent from one of our staging sites that we built to make our last migration, caused by some brief moments when it was active and didn’t prevent some messages to be sent. This could have also been the case for your previous license renewal email.
My apologies for any confusion generated by those emails. You can go ahead and discard those messages.
Let me know if there is any other question I can help you with.
Best,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
