    Hi Rob!

Thanks for following up with this.

After some tests I could reproduce the issue you are having for the “Load all attendees” not working. I have just logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases.

I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report so we’ll notify you once a fix is shipped.

My apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

Regarding the “first and last name of attendee” not showing up, I don’t think that is the default behaviour. Could you please let me know if it was showing up for RSVP or purchased tickets? Were you customizing the WordPress get_avatar() function with any code snippet? Please let me know about it.

    Hi There!

Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that topic.

I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want to create tickets for recurring events? If so, this is currently not possible.

when I try to book a ticket, I can’t choose a specific day.

If you want to offer tickets for different days you will need to create a new ticket for each of the event days where you need to sell tickets to.

Does it help? Let me know about it and if you have other questions.

    Hi Kimberly!

Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with that.

I think you will be able to achieve what you are looking for with our Community Tickets plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/

There is a setting you can uncheck to not Allow any user to create tickets. Learn more about it here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-community-tickets/

I hope that helps. Do let me know if you have any follow up questions. 🙂

    Hi Steve!

I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with it.

Unfortunately, we are aware of this issue that results in Unlimited Availability showing up regardless of the ticket capacity.

I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report. It will be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins. We will notify you as soon as a bug fix is released.

The issue is being caused by two possible reasons:

    • The Stock Management is not enabled in WooCommerce (WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Enable stock management). Or:
    • After making an Independent Capacity ticket, you manually uncheck the Manage Stock? option for the ticket product in WooCommerce. (see image below)

In the meantime, the workaround for this would be to enable the stock management in WooCommerce.

I apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

    Victor

    Hi Janneke!

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with that issue.

Please, let me first note that the order property is not supported by the tribe_events shortcode. I don’t think this could be an issue here, but just wanted to let you know about it.

It seems strange to me that those two events you mention do not show the year they are in. Could you please edit those events and see that their start/end dates are correctly set? If so, please try editing and just saving it again to see if any difference.

If nothing changes, then there is a chance this could be a conflict with a theme or plugin, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process. I know you already tried disabling all other plugins, but do you notice a difference using a default theme?

I suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.

Please let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Hi Tony!

Thanks for coming back with the error logs.

The plugin versions you are currently using are fine. As a rule of thumb, you should always try to stick to the latest versions of our plugins available. In your particular case though, using TEC Pro 4.4.18 is the best choice and should not present any conflicts with the rest of the plugins.

As for the error logs, I could see many database errors like ‘PHP Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections…‘ and ‘WordPress database error Lost connection to MySQL server during query…

It seems that the cause of the problem relies in the database. ‘Too many connections’ indicates that your site is making too many connections to the database. You could verify if you have a high volume of traffic in your site or a DDoS attack amongst other reasons.

I suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider to see if they can offer some insight about this. If you are on a shared server I would also recommend you try to switch to a VPS.

I hope that helps. Let us know how that goes and if you have any follow up questions.
