MemberHi Nicolas!
Thanks for clearing that out.
Is the page freezing when editing all recurring events or just some?
Do those recurring events have many “Once” exclusions? Please send us a screenshot of the event series settings, so we can try to reproduce on our end.
Thanks,

MemberHi Greg!
Thanks for your patience.
The snippet Geoff shared in this thread > https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-does-similar-events-work/#dl_post-1268106 is a nice way to alter the order of related events by its start date.
Please try it out and let us know if it helps achieve what you are looking for.
Thanks,

MemberHi Rhonda!
Thanks for your patience.
Could you please send us the complete debug.log file with us in a private reply?
Just to confirm, are you importing your main site’s event into one of the subsites?
Besides the “Unknown column ‘post_parent’ in ‘group statement’” errors you got, could you please let me know the error messages that show up for those failed imports when hovering over the red exclamation mark?
Please let me know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Sebastien!
Thanks for your patience.
I tried having a closer inspection to your site to see if I could spot any conflicting styles, but I could not see site with the URL you provided.
From the screenshot you provided, that looks like a theme conflict. However, as Jaime asked, please try switching to a default theme and see if it looks right.
If no difference, then please proceed with the steps provided in our testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ to narrow down the problem.
Please let us know how that goes and if you have questions.
Thanks,

MemberHi Raymond!
Thanks for following up with this topic. Let me further help you with it.
I’m not really sure I know the exact widgets you are referring to. Could you please let me know if you are using the Featured Venue Widget > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-featured-venue-widget/ ?
Also, please share with me a link to the pages where I can see the widgets you are using, so I can have a closer inspection and see if I can find a way to achieve what you are looking for.
You can also send us some screenshots.
Thanks,

MemberHi Dylan!
The links that Jaime pointed out are a great starting point for dealing with performance issues.
Additionally, let me share with you the following article about caching the month view in transients > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-month-view-transients/ that will be of good help if you’re dealing with too many events in one month.
One thing I noticed from your system information is that your site is running on PHP version 5.6. I would recommend switching to PHP version 7.0 or 7.1 which are the latest ones and show a significant improvement in server resources consumption compared to previous versions.
Please let me know how that goes and if you have further questions.

MemberHi Matt!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
I have gone through the thread you shared and I’m not really sure I understand the issue you are experiencing. I’m also not able to see the links shared in it as they are hidden, so I loose some context while going through it.
Could you please let me know more about the issue you are experiencing and the steps you made that result in the issue? You can also share screenshots with us.
Also, I can see you are using several plugins named Toolset so please point me to the one you are using so I can download it and test it myself.
Thanks,

MemberHi Sandra!
I’m sorry you are having trouble setting up your imports with Event Aggregator. Let me help you with it.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Also, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Are you getting an error when trying to import from Facebook? Please share with us the Facebook URL where you are trying to import events from so we can run some tests on our end.
Thanks,

MemberHi Rachel!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
Our plugins do not create any og tags for the events so that Facebook can pull metadata from. I have found this is an already requested feature for our plugins > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/18214396-support-open-graph-metadata-for-events so I suggest you add your vote.
I know some users use a third party plugin to add og metadata to events. I’m not completely sure about it, but you might want to check Yoast SEO plugin for that purpose.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Mike!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.
The Events are stored as a tribe_events post type in the database. RSVP tickets are saved as a tribe_rsvp_tickets post type and as tribe_wooticket if you are setting up a ticket to sell using WooCommerce.
Does it help? Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi Benny!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.
Unfortunately, there is no simple way or built-in option to use checkboxes for tag selection in the community form. It is possible, but would require some custom coding. As a reference, our themer’s guide provides an overview of how you can customize our plugins templates > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
This is also the case for creating new tags via the community form. I can really see the use of having such functionality or option built in, so I suggest you post that as a new idea in our User Voice > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas so others wanting the same can vote for it.
Please let me know if you need help elaborating this idea.

MemberHi Paulo!
Thanks for sharing that link with us!
I have already passed this along to the report so it can be taken into account when looking for a fix.
We really appreciate your collaboration.

MemberHi Lubo!
Thanks for keeping me posted about your findings.
I’m sorry to hear the snippet you found didn’t work for you.
As for the PDF ticket link, unfortunately this is a known issue for the PDF tickets extension, where it will always show up regardless of the order status. I will set this thread as “Pending Fix” and link it to the report, this way we’ll notify you once we release a new update of the PDF tickets extension with a fix for this.
For the “Hold Stock” setting, disabling it will not prevent the stock from being reduced. Instead, it will prevent the order from being auto-cancelled after a set amount of minutes. WooCommerce always reduces the stock in each order to prevent over sells.
I tried to reproduce the stock difference you are experiencing but I’m not able to. Could you please send us a screenshot of the edit ticket box when editing the second ticket?
Also, please click on the “Settings” button for the tickets and send us a screenshot of those settings. I will try to run a few more tests and see what I can find.
In the meantime, please update to the latest version of Event Tickets 4.6.3 and see if any changes. Remember you can always get the latest versions of our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/.
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
Thanks,
Victor -
