I have read all of the issues, and I have attempted to do everything that was advised, including disconnecting key etc. I am NOT technical, but I have been unable to import any events for several months, which is impacting my business. I really need someone to tell me what I need to do, do I need to upgrade anything etc…
Are you getting an error when trying to import from Facebook? Please share with us the Facebook URL where you are trying to import events from so we can run some tests on our end.
