MemberHi Sarah!
Thanks for getting in touch!
I’d love to help you with that. In order to do so, could you please provide us with more details as to where that message is showing up? You can share a screenshot of it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Hannes!
Thanks for reaching out! Let me try to help you with this.
It may depend on your theme styles, but you could achieve that with some custom CSS. You can learn more about how to add custom styles in our themer’s guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/. You can also use the WordPress customizer to add CSS.
To get you started, try adding the following CSS styles:
.tribe-tickets-meta {
float: left;
}I hope that helps! 🙂 Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Kathy!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you with this topic.
There is no functionality to make one ticket account for two or more spaces (stock)
A workaround is to create separate tickets for each of the cases but assign individual stock taking into account the number of persons each ticket accounts for. For example:
Double Tickets $175 > if there are 100 places available the stock would be 50
If what you are trying to accomplish is applying discounts based on the number of tickets purchased, I’ve found the following WooCommerce extension that you might want to check out > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-dynamic-pricing/
I hope that helps! 🙂

Yes, you can customize the ticket email by using one of the methods described in our Themer’s Guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions 🙂

MemberHi David!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’d be happy to help you with this topic.
There is no functionality in our plugins to accomplish that, but you can use the WooCommerce Cross Sells feature > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/#section-2
Does it help? 🙂

MemberHi Eric!
Thanks for checking.
Just to confirm, even with that option unchecked, are you still unable to create new venues through the community submission form?
If so, this could be related to a theme or plugin conflict. I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Sian!
That really depends on each theme and the template you select to show your events.
I don’t think Divi has a built-in customizer for our events templates, but if you follow our themer’s guide, you can customize the look and feel of your events and tickets templates to your liking.
Additionally, we have an extensions library that you might want to check out. Some are indeed customizations made to specific templates > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/

MemberHi Alan!
Thanks for sending over the system information.
First, I can see the max_execution_time is set to 0(zero), which means any process could run for an unlimited amount of time. I’d suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to increase this limit to something more convenient like 30 seconds.
Were you able to test for conflicts? Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting
Please let us know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Eric!
Yes, there is a setting to prevent users from creating new venues. You can deactivate it by navigating to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > Community tab and leave the Users cannot create new Venues option unchecked.
Does it work for you? Let me know
