KeymasterMichael,
We can’t really provide support for third party themes or plugins. What theme are you using though? Maybe other users have posted a solution or workaround?
Thanks,
SkySky

KeymasterChris,
In addition to unchecking “Enable Google Maps” can you try unchecking the “map view” in Events > Settings > Display > “Enable event views”
Is the error still showing after that change?
Thanks,
SkySky

KeymasterHello again,
Normally, past events do not show up in the default views. For some reason they are on your site, but only in “list” view.
What happens if you temporarily switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme and disable all other plugins? Do past events still show up in list view?
Thanks,
SkySky

KeymasterHello,
I am now also having problems with the images being imported in my test install, so it looks like there is a bug going on here. The funny thing is that when we started this thread, I was able successfully import images in the CSV file. I believe the Cloudflare issue was just coincidental, and there are two separate things at play.
I have attached this thread to the bug ticket. We will let you know as soon as we know anything more about it.
Let me know how it goes with the debug errors for the other issue.
Thanks,
SkySky

KeymasterHi again,
The functions.php file is loaded from WordPress themes and child themes. If you are using a child theme, adding your custom code to it’s functions.php is the easiest way to make customizations.
You can read more about functions.php files in the WordPress Codex.
If you are not using a child theme, then you may need to create a functionality plugin to add your custom code. If you’re not sure how to do that, but you still want to proceed, you might check out this free plugin to help: https://wordpress.org/plugins/functionality/
In the console messages you posted, I see one error, and it is due to the older version of jquery being loaded, as described earlier.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Nadja!
For the separator, there’s normally space on either side by default. You can set this in Events > Settings > Display > “Time range separator” Make sure it has an empty space on either side of the “-” so that it is actually ” – ”
The time you see displayed there will go by your WordPress settings. Go to Settings > General and look at the choices under “Time Format” If you do not see exactly what you want, there is an option to customize it.
Let me know if that helps, or if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Kate!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the plugin notifications. I will try to help you get this sorted.
For me that message disappears as soon as I activate all of those plugins. Are you using WooCommerce to process your ticket payments, or another method?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Thomas!
We generally don’t provide support for our premium plugins here in the Pre Sales forum. In the future, please log in with the account connected to your product license, and post in the forum for that product to receive the best possible support.
That being said, if you are on a multi-site instance, or due to other issues you may need to manually upload the updated plugin.
You can log into your account at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the latest version. Then, you can update the plugin by uploading through the WordPress plugins interface, or manually via FTP.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterJan,
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your plugins. I will try to help you get this sorted.
Sometimes things can get borked on the server with file permissions or other technical issues. The easiest way to fix this is to just delete the folder and re-upload it.
To do this, you will need FTP access to your website. Do you have this access? Or is there someone you can contact that does?
Once you have access, just delete the old events-calendar-pro folder from wp-content/plugins, and then replace it with the latest version from theeventscalendar.com. When you log in to your account, you will find this under your downloads page.
If you are going to manually upload the plugin via FTP, you will need to “unzip” it before uploading. If you are going to try and upload through the WordPress plugins interface, you should leave it “zipped.”
You do not need to worry about losing your events or other data when deleting the plugin. Everything is stored safely in the database.
Let me know if that helps, or if you have any more questions.
Thanks,
Sky -
