ParticipantHi. There seems to be an issue with the Next Month button on my site: http://www.bunte-ponywelt.at/veranstaltungen/
When clicking on “Mai” the calendar keeps showing the April view, although the link is being changed to May /veranstaltungen/2018-05/
I tried disabling all plugins and reverted back to a default WP theme, though the issues remain.

KeymasterHello there,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues the next month links. I will try to help you figure out the problem.
Looking in the console, I see that there is an “ajax” error when trying to navigate to the next month, or next page of results in any view. Ajax errors are usually caused by a conflict with another javascript file. This error does not occur for me when using the default theme.
Is it possible that I could verify this behavior with the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled and only the Events Calendar plugin activated?
If this is a live site and you don’t have a staging site, you can install the WP Staging plugin and create a quick clone to test with. If you could also create a user account for me in this test install and share the credentials here in a private reply, I can take a look at your settings.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
It is against our Terms of Service to go in and modify live customer sites. We sometimes make an exception for staging sites when it helps to see the results of changes in the same hosting environment.
If you would like to make the changes and let me know, I could then take a look to see the issue happening. However, we do not work on support during the weekend, so it may be better to plan a time on a weekday so your site is not left up looking wonky.
You could also ask your host to bump up your php memory limit and install the staging plugin.
In any case, what I’d expect to see when we switch to the default theme with other plugins disabled is that the ajax error would be gone, and the calendar would load properly. If this is not the result, then I would look at the site configuration to make sure the URL is set up consistently, as this can sometimes cause ajax to not be loaded.
Let me know how you’d like to proceed. I’ll be back on Monday morning.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Sky,
I think I’m at the limit of my hosting plan’s php memory limit :-/
Setting up a time, where I make the required changes sounds good. What time zone are you in? I’m based out of Europe (MET). So perhaps you can provide me with some times on Monday, which would work for you.
Thanks!
