ParticipantHi Sky,
I set up a temporary site like I did on poopify. The theme and all plugins used are installed, including the event calendar.
I set up some test events in order to see, if the calendar is loading….which it is. This means, the issue must be somewhere else and not on the hosting provider’s end.
See testsite here: https://www.bunte-ponywelt.at/testseite/eventsSilke

KeymasterHi Silke!
When I look at that link, I am still seeing the exact same issue as before. Next month won’t load and there is a 404 not found error for the ajax file.
Can you check something for me? What do you have set in Events > Settings > Display > “Datepicker Date Format” ?
We recently became aware of a bug when this is set to any date format that uses “.” as a separator, that prevents prev/next links from working. I have not seen any of these cases have the same ajax error that your site was showing, but it might be worth looking into.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Sky,
wow, I think the riddle is solved…I changed the date picker format to “-” and it seems to be working now…Thanks!!

KeymasterAwesome!
I’m glad we figured it out! I’m sorry we weren’t able to catch this the first time around. Such a seemingly random thing to cause issues. We finally had others report this enough to be able to see a pattern.
Thanks for hanging in there!
I have added this thread to the bug ticket and marked it “pending fix.” Once the fix is released, someone will follow up with you here to let you know.
Take care,

ParticipantHi Sky,
since I had the identical problem, I got the email below. Interesting thing
is: I changed the datepicker date format and the problem is now gone.

Keymasterhp-max, if you have any issues with this, can you please create a new thread?
Thanks!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
