We generally don’t provide support for our premium plugins here in the Pre Sales forum. In the future, please log in with the account connected to your product license, and post in the forum for that product to receive the best possible support.
That being said, if you are on a multi-site instance, or due to other issues you may need to manually upload the updated plugin.
You can log into your account at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the latest version. Then, you can update the plugin by uploading through the WordPress plugins interface, or manually via FTP.
