    Hi again Jim,

    So here’s what I have for your requests:

    We already have these features:

    • Total event capacity limit (helps manage early vs reg tickets sold) (Global Stock)

    These can be voted on in currently existing topics:

    Here are the new feature suggestions and corresponding user stories:

    • Registration time out
      • As a site owner, I’d like ticket registration to have a time limit so that users aren’t able to tie up tickets in a lengthy checkout process.
    • Customized confirmation email
      • As an event manager, I  want to be able to customize the confirmation email my attendees recieve, so that I can provide more event-specific information.

    Finally, the items I need more clarification on:

    • Pre-screen/approval list management for when only a few tickets left
      • As an event manager, I would like to approve attendees when the ticket count is low so that _________________
    • Hide ticket type after expired
      • I’m not sure what this means, could you clarify this one a bit more?

    Once you get back with me,  I’ll be able to submit those requests with their user stories in our feature request system.

    Ok, a few questions here:

    1. Are you using The Events Calendar (free plugin) or Events Calendar PRO?
    2. Did you try registering on WordPress.org here?

    In the meantime, please ensure that you’ve troubleshooted your Google Maps settings according to this guide, and that you’ve configured the API according to this doc.

    Let me know, and I’ll be able to point you in the right direction to move forward!

    I’m assuming each coach’s site is a separate install, are these on subdomains or separate domains? I’ll need to know this in order to help answer questions about licensing.

    Hi Jose,

    I’m happy to answer these questions for you!

    1) Unfortunately, at this time, Event Aggregator does not import from Eventbrite. However, Eventbrite Tickets does import from Eventbrite.
    2) Yes, what you’ve described in number 2, is our Community Events plugin.
    3) I believe you’re referring to Event Aggregator? Please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

    So here is a quick run down of the widgets you get with Events Calendar PRO. Additionally, this knowledgebase article on configuring the list widget will also give you some more in-depth information on your display options for event lists within the widget. As for customizing the widget, we do have some resources that you can search in our documentation, (and specifically, about the widgets here.)

    Hi Phil,

    Thanks for reaching out, I’m happy to answer your questions here!

    1. Theoretically, this may be possible. Could you send me an example of the link (with the domain changed to “domain.com” for example)? Then I may be able to guide you more specifically.
    2. If it is possible, you will need Event Aggregator and Events Calendar PRO in order to make this solution work.

    Finally, I would recommend checking out the user primer for EA, and this guide about importing .ics files, which may provide some clarity while you await my response.
